Recommended Customer Reviews

Really professional work by Frank and Ruby doing the job in my home. Supported each other in the quality of their work and were respectful of me and my home at all times. Highly recommend them and their company and the way their office updates you as to arrival times and follow ups as needed.

BEWARE!! I wish I would of read the reviews before I called this company. I was having a problem with a circuit breaker and just happened to have AAA service sticker on my panel from when I purchased the house so I just called them first....HUGE MISTAKE! They charged me $700 to just diagnois the problem then told me that I need $3700 more work to fix the problem! They were only at my house for about 1 hour and I think it took that long because he had a person with him that I believe he was training. So for $700 all I got was a wire disconnected from main breaker!! So disappointed and what a scam! I will never use this company or recommend that anyone else does!! They should get negative stars!

I had a circuit breaker pop in the kitchen and would not reset, I called aaa elecrtical to help. The man came to the door and said you owe me $35.00 just for coming to the house.
He said if it he started troubleshooting it would cost more.
To make this quick He changed 2 breakers to fix the problem. It cost me a little over $700.00 I will never call them again and my hope is no one else will. If you do shame on you. I am only doing this to save you money.
*Also- my daughter wrote the review for me at first and they tried to email her to get it to take it down, when she wouldn't, they got her review taken down and she told me I had to write the review myself and that if I wanted my review to count I had to write about other places too.

I was in between a rock and a dead AC when it was recommended I have an electrician check my electrical service to the unit. Based on ratings and availability I contacted AAA Electrical Services. The electrician that arrived, Ed, was very cordial and friendly. I told him what was happening and I needed him to check the breaker, pull box and ac to see if there was an electrical problem that the AC tech could not determine. Ed gave me a pitch on checking all of the circuits and doing limited repairs for a set fee .... some what more than I needed but I felt if he had to do that to determine my problem, so be it. I gave the verbal go ahead.
Ed checked and verified the breaker and power at the box was good. Going to the pull box and AC Ed determined he had to pick up a fuse he did not have with him and a starter that was running on half power. Returning to the job Ed installed the fuse in the pull box and put on the new starter. Turning on the breaker, the unit started for a few seconds before blowing on fuse in the pull box. Ed looked at the connectors/contacts on the AC, used his phone to take pictures showing me the ""fried"" and melted contacts and wires. His recommendation: replace the AC.
Ed wrote the invoice on his pad and had me sign it for the fee he quoted, no parts charges as the ones he picked up he could reuse.
In my haste and frustration of going through two contractors and two charges I signed the pad without taking time to read the details of what I was to get. Ed also said I had to sign a notice that I had only three days to refute the service and charges. these documents are sent to personal e-mail once signed and saved.
I had to get the invoice sent a second time as I inadvertently erased the original. Upon reading through the invoice I decided to call and talk about the exorbitant charge and what I was reading was more work expected then what was accomplished.
I was told by the phone receptionist that the Manager would get back to me. I have yet to a call back.
I would not recommend this company for any work. their charges are exceptionally high and the amount of service for those charges is very minimal. The company is now pushing a maintenance agreement for on going home electrical problems. Ludicrous that any one use this company. I definitely will not and do not expect them to anti-up any of the excess charges. Bad company, bad customer service.

I called to get a fairly easy fix on a wire that was cut in my spa fuse box. I personally used a wing nut to fix the cut wire. The electrician who came out replaced 2 fuses in the box. I was charged $359.00 to replace fuses. I was not home at the time and my wife was dealing with the electrician. It's unacceptable to charge this amount for such an easy fix. I will not recommend this company. I will make sure to tell as many of my colleagues, friends and family not to use their services. Now I see all the terrible reviews about the absurb prices. I should have yelped them before using them.
The customer service rep was polite... and that's about the only positive I can say about this terrible company.

CHANGE or REMOVE your previous review, That is what AAA Electrical wanted in response to my detailed negative review. WOW if you are really a legitimate business your work speaks for itself and you don't need to resort to such tactics to resolve customer concerns!

Frank was my service provider. He was courteous, personable and provided quick service. His customer service skills were excellent. He provided me with several options and costs to solve my electrical problem. I will use AAA again.

Bought a new home, it was a complete remodel except for the electrical panel, original to the house when built in 1964. Home inspector noted it needed to be replaced and brought in a licensed electrician to give me a bid (did not charge for the bid). In an attempt to be an informed buyer, I called AAAES tonight to inquire about their service and pricing. The woman on the phone was dismissive of most of the questions I asked and even chuckled at a few of them. Are you serious? That's who is answering your phones? I asked if they do free estimates. She said they did then proceeded to ask me if I was going to pay by check, credit card or cash for the dispatch fee. Wait a second, that's not a free estimate. She said ""we give free estimates but we charge a 59.99 dispatch fee"". Now, I'm willing to pay for good work but am extra careful (especially after putting down $$ to buy a home) about unnecessary fees. I asked if I could submit my current bid for service to see if they could beat it. She condescendingly stood firm on getting someone out and charging the dispatch fee. Long story short, I hung up. Pretty bad first impression and after reading these reviews, it seems like I could find a more cost effective company. I hate to base a whole company off the gatekeeper but that's unfortunately how it works. Pretty silly way to lose a customer, huh?

The best service I have received in a very long time. My tech Rick came by The house to install a 240 V outlet for my electric vehicle. I was expecting to pay a lot of money however it came to less than $200. Rick had everything set up in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company to anybody.

The service itself was top notch. However, as many have already stated, pricing is absurd. I've had electrical work done at my place at work that WELL exceeded what we needed at home, and involved a bucket truck to complete, that was around the same price of AAA diagnosing a circuit issue. Had I been home and not dealing with my SO over the phone trying to figure out what they were doing I would have sent them away promptly.
I'm not afraid to pay extra for premium service if it provides value in other ways. Although the service was good, I would say the premium price in this instance was not worth it. Would look elsewhere next time.
