Well, where do I begin? The lady you first call. One word, RUDE! With this lady, she is always right, never the customer! She really needs to find a job she enjoys instead of passing along her disgruntled attitude. Next comes the owner and employee who does the work. Be prepared to do all the clean up and disposal of anything he discards. While most professional companies do haul away, this company doesn't. And please don't try calling the lady at the company back about the problem, she will let you know right quick that you yourself can do that and she will not call anyone to remove the old equipment, even if you are elderly or disabled. She really doesn't care and wants you to stop bothering her! Their actual work? Who knows? I'm still trying to get passed the mess and awful attitudes towards paying customers!
