Disappointed in Willis. We called him the first time to fix our bathroom light. He came, jiggled the light fixture a little and charged me $95. That little jiggle got the light to work, but that didn't solve the real issue, so I called him back again after a few months. He made an appointment to come one weekday evening. My husband even came home early so he could go on the roof to check out some wires with him. It was already one hour past the appointment time when he finally texted and said that he was still stuck at his previous appointment and asked to reschedule. I said ok. A couple days went past, I didn't hear from him. So I texted him again. No response. And I called and left a message, waited a couple more days, still no response. He seemed like a great guy, and might've been overwhelmed with his workload, but NOT COOL to not responding at all.

We purchased a newly built house. After about a week we lost the power in all electric outlets in the garage. AAA Electric was recommended to me by one of my neighbors. I called Willis on Wednesday, hoping to schedule an appointment for the next week. To my surprise he told me that he should be able to come on Saturday (in just three days). He very quickly diagnosed the issue - a loose cable connection in one of the power outlets, which happens to be the one that connects the entire garage to the main panel. I watched how Willis fixed the problem by making sure that everything is done to perfection. I asked him to check one more outlet. He confirmed that everything with that one was fine, but he replaced some of the bolts just in case. I was really impressed by the quality of Willis' work.

We had some attic work done earlier this week which caused a partial electrical outage in our home. I called several electricians who were either difficult to communicate with, uninterested in the job, or unavailable. I was feeling desperate when I contacted AAA and was delighted when Willis answered my call at 9:00 in the evening. He indicated how he would approach the problem, was willing to schedule an appointment the next day, and provided me a quote over the phone. I was impressed!

I was even more impressed when Willis and another electrician arrived the next day. They approached finding the problem very methodically and communicated with me clearly throughout the process. They not only solved the problem but Willis also made recommendations for some additional work and left us an estimate to consider.

I highly recommend AAA Electric. Willis will be our ""go to"" electrician in the future!

Willis and AAA Electric were extremely helpful in making sure that our home had working smoke and CO2 detectors. Willis was able to come out the next day, was courteous, charged a fair price and even told us we didn't need two new smoke detectors. The batteries just needed to be changed. We had our electrical panel upgraded from 100 amp to 200 amp in March before we could install an air conditioner. The old electrical panel was done incorrectly and a mess with small branched panel.

We called a couple of companies for quote based on Yelp's review. Willis had very reasonable price and favorable conditions in his quote. So we chose him. One thing very special about Willis is that he actually enjoys what he is doing (not just a job). He was often signing while he was working.

Usually there are various ways to solve a problem. But Willis took the most elegant way among all electricians quoted. He even did extra works to carefully modify the woods around the panel, AND painted the woods! (We provided the paints). Everything was done neatly and beautifully with attentions to every details, passing permit inspection without any issue.

I am very pleased with Willis' work. After receiving a couple bids from other electricians, Willis came in much lower. He and his crew are very experienced and detail-oriented. He installed outdoor lighting, added an outlet in the garage, installed outdoor speakers and connected wiring through the inside of our house as well as cleaned up the electrical wiring in our attic. He is very conscientious about his work and guides you through the project. I would definitely use him again.

After receiving an extremely large and inflexible quote from a different company, we were happy to find AAA. Willis was able to come give estimates right away, and the prices were right for what we needed done. He gave us options for everything, along with his professional suggestions, so we felt educated and in control of the work being done to our newly purchased home.

Willis and Frank are a pleasure to work with. The project they did for us lasted about a month, on and off, and included changing all of our wall outlets to GFCI, updating all light switches, changing our bathroom exhaust fan, installing a new ceiling fan, adding a new outlet in our master bathroom, installing a light in our living room, rewiring our garage, replacing our electric panel outside, and more (!). We felt very comfortable leaving them in the house whenever we were away.

Willis is extremely transparent about the work he's doing, so I always knew what was going on. He worked with the local inspector, to ensure that all of the work is up to code.

Willis is also so sweet..I am pregnant, and one day he brought me some amazing Chinese donuts! He also brought us a thoughtful housewarming gift, and helped us with what restaurants are good in our new area. Willis and Frank were also friendly with our dogs, and even let them in or out, as needed, when we weren't home. All of these were, of course, added pluses..but it made the already great experience all the better. Who can say that about having electric work done to your house?

As we have any future electric needs, we will be calling Willis.
