Great experience with Tom at AAA Calvert! During the first heat wave of the season we realized our central air was not producing cold air, we suspected it was low on coolant. Called a couple of servicers, Tom arrived on time, was super transparent and didn't try to upsell me on anything extra. Pricing was far below a competitor we called. He explained the situation very clearly, answered my air conditioning questions kindly and got the job done quickly. Thank you!

In the middle of a cold wave our heater went out. We were serviced the next day, and they had to replace a part they didn't have in stock. They replaced it the following day with a new part that was apparently defective. It worked for a day and a half, then stopped. They came out and replaced it with a generic part until the right part came in two days later. Jason made a point to come out in the dark that night to make sure we wouldn't have any problems. We were so impressed with their service!

Called them to come out for HVAC service for the winter and they were able to get over quickly even though it wasn't an urgent situation. The office staff was very responsive all the way through. Had some issues with scheduling initially but they made everything right and then some. They seem to bend over backwards to address issues rapidly which I appreciate. I've used them before for electrical work and their pricing has always been fair.

Nice to have a one stop shop for all things in the house. Now I just need them to do appliance repair and drywall work

The Service tech was nice. But he did not solve the problem. I hired an electrician to do a direct connection but the problem persisted so finally I installed a bigger electrical panel and the problem was solved.

I live in a high rise in downtown Long Beach. Made an appointment with AAA to have a maintenance check on my HVAC system. Haven't had a check since I moved into this place in 2021! My bad. AAA gives you a date but will not confirm the time until the evening before. You can indicate a preference. My window was 11-1 per the evening before message. The technician, Jason, called 20 minutes before arriving at noon. Replaced two capacitors. Friendly, professional, and efficient.
