AAA Beacon Electric, Inc. handles various types of electrical tasks, but primarily, we focus on service work. As with most trades, our industry has specific categories. For instance, you wouldn't choose a tax attorney for a personal injury case. It’s not advisable to hire a framing carpenter for fine cabinet work. And similarly, you should not engage a typical electrical company for repair or renovation work! Many electricians are not equipped to handle every facet of the trade.

In the Tampa Bay area, the remodels I encounter often mirror the approach of new construction electricians rather than service electricians. In my experience hiring over the years, I’ve found very few who truly understand service work. This doesn’t imply they are poor electricians; they simply lack knowledge of proper service standards. Your home is too precious, and your safety is too critical to accept subpar workmanship.

Blake Burnside, the owner of AAA Beacon Electric, Inc., has been involved in the electrical field since 1976. He has taught electrical theory and code for the state of Florida and has experience in all areas of the trade.
