I called in a work order that they told me they could handle. I tried calling back two weeks later to follow up with that work order and the woman at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about or if it had been done or scheduled, not to mention she was rude. She stated that she would have her technician call me back that day... after a week I called them back to follow up since I never heard from them. The technician informed me that they can't do the work order....three weeks later they tell me? I have deadlines.
Horrible service. Horrible communication and RUDE.
