I called A&A for a few handyman projects (I have many). Alberto responded immediately when I requested a quote. I explained that I was on a very short timeframe for 2 things to be done. He was very fairly priced, got things done immediately, was so professional, attentive, reliable and was so great to work with. By the end of the projects, I'd decided he was definitely coming back to help with the remaining items I need done. Highly recommended, you'll be thankful you called!

Alberto did a fantastic job at our condo. We had water leakage for which Alberto's team had to open up the ceiling above our dining room. His work was very professional.

Although it was a big job, I did think in the beginning that the all-inclusive quote was high. For the first few days, I felt a little terrible for signing up to such a big financial expense. My only comfort was knowing that everyone on Yelp gave Alberto's team terrific reviews. As the project went into its 4th and 5th day, however, I started to see what a big endeavor the job actually was. In the end, it took 8 days to get the whole job done. Alberto found other little things here and there that he just took the liberty of taking care of, free. In calculating backward, I think Alberto gave me a fair price for the job he did.

I will definitely contact Alberto's team again when I need to have more work done around the house.

Came home to find our shower was leaking water and it needed tp be fixed immediately. we're reached out to A&A and they agreed to come over first thing in the morning. My husband and I were looking to have some minor repairs done around our house that included repairing wall cracks, replacing a couple of exterior doors, putting a pocket door back on the roller, mounting a coat rack, and gluing the molding around the fireplace and kitchen threshold. Alejandro came to our house to give us an estimate. We walked the house and he emailed the estimate a few days later. His estimate was $9800! I replied asking him for a more detailed breakdown of the costs, as I at least wanted to know how much was labor and how much was materials because the estimate seemed very high for the scope of work. I'd also told him I'd purchase the exterior doors separately so I wanted to make sure that was not included in his price. I got no response. I also texted him and got no response. I found this to be very unprofessional. I believe it there was no response, because that estimate could not be justified.It was definitely not $10,000 worth of work. We think he saw our neighborhood and thought he could upsale us. We got an estimate from another company who quoted us $1500, which made a lot more sense and they did a great job.

We recently hired Alberto to install a new toilet, sink and door (including door molding) for our downstairs bathroom and we could not be more pleased with his work! Professional, courteous, extremely reliable and responsible. Walked us through all the steps and did the job perfectly. When we realized we were missing some parts, he went with us to Home Depot and made sure that we got the right things. Honestly, couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! Will definitely hire again on future projects.

I had a leaky pipe in my front yard which needed immediate attention. I spoke with Alberto, he gave me a quote over the phone and said he'd be at my place by 4PM. At 3:47, he texted me that he was at Home Depot (which is down the street from my house) picking up the materials. He showed up a little after 4, started working, and was done in 30 min. I really appreciated the accurate quote, update on his ETA, and punctuality. Great customer service and work!

Alberto and his team are the best. Reliable, knowledgeable and honest. I called him for a quote on my leaking automatic sprinkler controllers and he drove from quite a distance (took over 45 mins) but came on time to our scheduled appointment. He gave me a detailed assessment of the issue and how he would repair it with a reasonable quote. Even though they discovered the issue was more complicated and the corroded metal pipes were beyond repair and needed to be replaced with pvc and dug up from the side of my house, he walked me through it step by step and showed me the corroded pipe that was obviously the problem. He revised the quote to fit the larger job which also seemed fair even though I hadn't expected to spend that much. I felt like I could trust him to do the job right once and for all. Even when I called him later that afternoon because of another unexpected issue after he finished the job, he promptly came by the very next day and did a lot of extra work without charging me more. Alberto and his crew are very professional and care about the quality of their work. He goes above and beyond. Not easy to find these days!

These guys are great. I had a clogged washing machine drain I knew I wouldn't be able to get loose without a snake. My only time I could have them to my house was Saturday and they were more then willing to make it out. They took a look at some other stuff for me and came back to stucco the hole they made in my house after too. I highly recommend these guys and definitely give them a shot.
