Alberto is amazing! We had an old floor/wall heater that no longer worked and was just an eyesore. I couldn't find anyone to get rid of it. Alberto was able to cut out the wall heater, remove portions of the floor heater, replace the flooring, drywall, and paint! Everything looks perfect and he was able to take care of it within a few days! His pricing was more than fair. We can't wait until he works on our bathroom remodel! Thanks Alberto!

My experience with A&A Home Improvements was EXCELLENT! Alberto, is VERY professional, accommodating, and takes pride in his work. He build a brand new ADU for my mom in the city of Compton (Check out the pictures). Alberto, patience got tested when the city kept asking for random permits, along with other fees that needed to be dealt with, in order for the project to continue. ALL of this was took place during the pandemic and he still got the job done! Any other contractor having to deal with all this during the pandemic would have abandoned the project. I will definitely contact Alberto's team again when I need to have more work done around the house.

Here's the background: I needed a window replaced with a smaller one for a new kitchen installation. The job required new framing, stucco outside, and drywall inside. And I needed it in a rush since the guy I hired originally to do it didn't bring any materials, removed the window, and decided he needed to go home without finishing the job the day before it was supposed to rain!

I went to Yelp to find someone for a window replacement, and Alberto responded immediately. He asked for photos which I sent, and he gave me an estimate right away, and was able to show up at 9am the next morning, which was perfect.

Alberto and his dad Jose showed up the next morning, on time, fully prepared with all materials. They prepared the area, and worked throughout the next day until the job was completed. The new window looks great, and was installed properly. The stucco job looks great and drywall work was also perfect.

My experience with Alberto was so good that I hired him again for another job which also went well. I had him install two over-the-door awnings and security cameras. Again, he showed up on time, prepared, with all materials and tools needed to complete the job. (3 people and 3 ladders). They completed the job super quick and were on their way!

Alberto is very friendly and knowledgable. I respect him as a true professional and small business owner. I highly recommend Alberto at A&A Home Improvements!

Alberto was very communicative, honest and accommodating. I requested estimates from a few contractors to replace a walk-in shower with a bathtub and Alberto was to first one to get back to me to schedule a visit and provide a quote for the job. I later added a few items to the scope of work and Alberto was able to provide an updated estimate in no time with competitive pricing. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgable. While we didn't end up hiring A&A for this particular job, they will be top of the list for upcoming projects!

Alberto was great and very professional. I had to have my bathroom overhauled because of a toilet leak. I was under a short turnaround of 2 days and Alberto did the job with time to spare. New sink, new toilet, new floors as all of that had to be replaced. My bathroom looks brand new now and I'm loving it!

BEWARE- Alberto charges $100 just to come out for an estimate and then comes back with super inflated quotes. What a racket. He wanted $650 just to install vertical blinds and $5,000 to install 2 bathroom doors!!! Insane. I don't know about these other reviews but he will not hesitate to try and take advantage of you. You've been warned.

We wanted to change our Condo 1900s door lock to a more modern digital key pad, Alberto came, took a look and gave us an estimate, we were scared that with all the wholes on the door the Digital lock wouldn't cover or look good. He did an amazing job and now we can throw away the old keys and open with a numerical code or with out phones. We highly recommend Alberto for your needs. We definitely look forward to working with him as more projects come up in our condo.
