It's hard to figure where to start this review???? OK - I have a whole house fan that groaned and died! AHS sent me an arrogant useless electrical rep from a business that I will not name.. This worthless individual climbed in my attic, finally reached the faulty fan, looked at it, came back down from the attic and told me my attic space was incorrect, left and closed out the work order... This fan had been operational for the past 20 years with no problems!!!!!.... I complained to AHS and they sent me another electrical rep from AA Electrical!!!! This man was no spring chicken,, told me he was 65 years old,, and crawled in the attic and sized up the problem!!! He took with him several different types of lubrication devices and after cleaning off some accumulated junk on the fan blades and professional lubrication, the fan jumped back into 100% operation!!! This guy deserves some special recognition for a job well done!! His first name was Boris!!! Fantastic effort Boris!!!! AA Electrical, give Boris a pat on the back for me!! I couldn't even shake the guy's hand due to China Virus distancing!!! By the way, I'm 81 years old with severe COPD!! Hence the rational why I didn't try lubing the fan motor myself!! I could have probably got up in that attic, but I'm not sure I could have gotten back down!!! It's tough to get old!!!

It is rarely a company will drop everything on a Sunday to come out to rescue you but that's what this companies owner did for me. I had an electrical blackout during a heatwave and everything went out. My A.C., lights, TV, computer, everything we all take for granted. I had actually been gathering some electricians phone #'s who offer free estimates for future reference, as I wasn't happy with the ones I'd used in the past, and AA was one of them.
Despite the fact I was a 1st time customer, the owner, who was spending quality weekend time with his family, dropped everything to come to inspect the problem. FOR FREE YET.
Another co. tried to gauge me for $375 for a weekend call! He got my electrical back on for me, which was a relief since I had vacation rental guests in one wing of the house Since he didn't have the tools with him to do the repair, he promised to have his guy there at 7:30 AM the next morning to install a new circuit breaker. Luckily I had picked up a circuit breaker earlier in the week when a well meaning friend planned to install it but never got around to it. He only charged me $135. It is rare you find an electrician who comes after hours on a weekend for FREE and then charges you a very rate to do the job. I will be forever greatful and he found himself a satisfied and new customer.

I'm amazed I'm first to review AA Electric here on yelp because when they've been in business for over 20 years. This company is great to work with and they've done some serious work at our house. The guys are professional in their field, were punctual, most importantly got the job completed to the end and passed the city inspections. Over the last 3 years they've done 80 LED lights in our home, they did a complete rewire when we just moved in when the wires were crumbling, upgraded to a 200amp panel, added solar panels on the roof and put in an electric car charger.
