Go somewhere else!!! I got a bill that was nearly twice what the high end hourly rate is for Oahu. Don't waste your time and MONEY! I feel sorry for this business that takes advantage of senior citizens.

Had my fan replaced by one of the electricians and he was great. Chad was so nice and friendly and really quick to put together the fan. He really knew what he was doing.I would definitely recommend this business.

I was very happy with this company the first time that I called them to complete some electrical work in daughter's condo. Mike is great and I thought Chad was great. But, they delayed and rescheduled the finishing of the project three times and I ended up wasting a flight from Hilo to Honolulu twice to discover that they canceled our appointment. when he finally came, Chad showed up seeming like a completely different person. I don't know if he was on drugs or if he was having problems at home, but the quality and output of his work was horrendous. He disappeared several times throughout the time he was there and was gone for over 45 minutes on one of his disappearances. On both visits, he basically told me to sign the paperwork, and he would fill in the details later on. I never received a copy of what he filled in. On that second visit, it was doubtful that he even worked 4 1/2 hours, yet I discovered months later that he billed us for a full 8 hours. He did not get one fixture working- it was blinking continuously, so he told me to pick up a regular switch and call him and he would come back and change it at no or little cost. I bought the part, called and texted him over and over, and he never responded.

so, I was forced to call AA back and they sent someone who did not know what he was doing. All he needed to do was change one switch, yet my daughter called me crying saying he was taking several things a part. I called Mike and asked him to talk to the tech. He left without getting the problem taken care of, yet I was billed over $586 for that.

I called, faxed, emailed, and sent through regular mail, several letters to AA trying to get them to reduce this over inflated bill, which is over $1656, on top of the original $1300+ bill that I already paid. I did not hear back from them for 4 months, and I just received another bill for the full amount. It's like they fully ignored all of my attempts to talk to them about the disservice and overcharge for their services.

My daughter's condo is only 712 square feet and I paid a previous electrician $1450 for some work, AA Electric over 1300+, and now they are still asking for $1656. I am ready to submit a DCCA and BBB complaint as I am fully disgusted with their over inflation of time worked and their inability to fix the problems. Though I really liked them in the beginning-- about a year ago-- I could never, ever recommend them to anyone at this moment in time.

Do Not Use This Company!! I used Select Home Warranty to have an electrician come out for a breaker issue. They dispatched AA Electric but after 48 hrs no one called me back so I called AA at 7:30 am and the lady said she would have someone call me because they all just left. No one did. I called today at 7:00 am and supposedly another lady answered and gave me attitude and said someone will call me back and hung up the phone.

I called Select Home Warranty back and they tried calling and they got hung up on as well but before that AA told them it would cost $250 for just to diagnose the problem!! Select gave me the option to call my own electrician!

This is a local company that needs an adjustment in their customer service! No Aloha here!

I had someone come out because I live in a condo in an old building in Moiliili (we had another fire last month in our neighborhood) and our lights had been flickering. Guy came out and told us that since they were both fluorescent lights, the fixtures /ballasts were probably bad (the fixtures were replaced 3-4 years ago) and nothing else was wrong. Well a month later we just replaced the fixtures with LED ones ourselves and still flickering sometimes plus when my husband was flipping the breaker on and off we hear a crackling noise. So we're getting a second opinion now! Wish I would have asked someone else from the beginning!

I needed an electrical outlet replaced and called these guys for an appointment. An electrician came to my house the next day. He seemed really friendly and polite. My mistake that because of his friendliness, I forgot to ask, ""how much was the repair going to cost"". It was a quick fix and only took 10 minutes. As he was getting ready to leave, I asked for an invoice. He said that they don't give out invoices when a job is done, but send an invoice after they go back to their office. ""Really, so how much is it going to be?"" He wouldn't even give me a ballpark figure. A month later I got a bill of $137.43 for his 10 minute job. Absolutely crazy that these guys won't quote a price on site, then send you a ridiculous invoice after the fact!
