He was passionate about his work, he valued his clients, plus he enjoyed contributing to introducing advanced technology in the community. What he could not reconcile the inadequate service levels set by his managers and the insufficient customer care provided by his fellow technicians.

Often, he witnessed his co-workers redoing work or offering apologies to clients for skipping the simple steps like using drop cloths to shield belongings as well as double checking measurements to ensure accuracy.

Born and raised in Vero Beach and proud family man, he racked up over a decade of hands-on experience in the local area before starting his own business to create A1A Technologies in 2011. Having strong ties to the community and a clear commitment to operate locally, A1A runs his business with pride.

He takes a hands-on approach who prioritizes dedication, going above and beyond, plus ensuring quality. From the first estimate to final clean-up, he manages all A1A projects. Even though the client base is growing and his pool of qualified technicians continues to grow, he will never take off the tool belt.
