There is one thing to meet a good technician in a particular field but last week when I met Zack I met a genuine human being. He gave me a detailed plan and prospectus he was kind helpful and honest and he restored my issues all at a reasonable cost while being both respectful and pleasant. This is the best experience I have had in a long time. You can't find anyone better

I could write an essay on how awesome of a job Zack did. But I will refrain and just write up the highlights.

We knew we wanted to take care of some of the more pressing electrical issues in our new home right away. We needed to put in some new grounded circuits, upgrade the main panel, and move the sub-panel from a bathroom to the basement.

At the beginning, Zack came over and spent a day poking around to figure out what was up with the electrical wiring in our house. I really appreciated that he took the time to research the wiring in our home first, before putting together an estimate.

He then spent about a week moving the sub-panel from the bathroom to the basement. Once he had all of the wiring in place, he and his son Peter came by on a Saturday to cut the power and upgrade the main panel.

After he finished with the main panel, Zack spent another couple of days running all of the new grounded circuits we requested.

Everything was done incredibly well. I felt that Zack took a lot of pride in doing things well and I trusted that the work he was doing in our home was being done right.

Every step of the way, he kept us informed about what he had done and what work was remaining. Everything was done with the proper permits, Zack handled all of the communication with PG&E, and he scheduled the final inspection.

We definitely plan to call him again when we're ready to do some of the less urgent electrical upgrades on our list.

I found Zack through Yelp and after checking them out on the BBB website (they have an A+ rating incidentally) decided to call them to help troubleshoot a dead circuit in our home. We sent an email through their website at about 6pm on New Year's day and had a response within an hour. They were able to make it to our house the next day!

After Peter (Zack's son) and Zack solved our problem, they asked if we had any other electrical issues with the house and proceeded to fix everything I could think of within two hours. These guys are awesome.

They are friendly, courteous, and honest. We will definitely be calling them with any electrical issues in the future.

Zack and Peter came by my house to repair an attic fan that had gone bad. They performed the repairs quickly and explained everything they did. They showed me the broken part and why it had gone bad. They also went on the roof to make sure there were no problems with the exterior installation, as a safeguard measure. Additionally, I was having some problems with the doorbell. They diagnosed the problem, testing the push button, the transformer, and the actual bell that rings. The bell is the problem, and will have them replace it once I buy one.

I found Zack on Yelp. I was in the bay area remodeling my mother's condo. When the contractor finished, a few outlets didn't work and he suggested I call an electrician. This was Friday afternoon. With only a weekend before I had to leave, I contacted Zack. He came over on Saturday, assessed the problem quickly and accurately and did the job at a fair price. He really knows the business as he has been doing this since 1977. He was dependable and on time and is now my ""go to"" electrician.

I called Zack to get an estimate and he showed up right on time. We went through all the items I needed repair and he said he would email me my estimate. I am still waiting after three weeks. Luckily, I had two other contractors to interview. I am very disappointed Zack didn't follow through, but I am very, very pleased with the contractor that did the work.
