A-Z was sent to my home to fix switches that were not working through American Home Shield. The person who came out never did anything. He just guessed what could be wrong and said will get approvals for the work but never turned back. Just as the other person gave a review. They never pickup calls or return calls.

I would give them zero stars if I could. American Home Shield had them come out to fix a ceiling fan. Alex came out on 11/24/20. He looked at the fan and said it need a new ""bushing"" part that had to be ordered and that they would call when the part came in. I called them twice and they never called back. I called American Home Shield multiple times (that's another long story) and when they tried calling A to Z Electric, they couldn't get a hold of them, either. Apparently, Alex told AHS that the job was done. And POOF! There went my $75. I get nowhere with AHS (won't be signing with them again.) Shysters!
