We were in the process of preparing our rental house to be listed for sale and two outlets and a light switch suddenly would not work. I called my home warranty company in a panic at 10pm because I only had two days before the open house to get this problem fixed. Not only did Alex, from A Wisdom Electric Co., called me back the next morning , he came out the very next day and repaired the problem in record time. I have used my warranty company for several vendors, but Alex is by far the best one they have ever sent to my house. I will be using him for my own personal Home, when needed, as well! I really appreciate an electrician who can come out, diagnose the problem and repair it quickly. We were very fortunate that the home warranty company sent Alex to us. And I highly, highly recommend A Wisdom Electric Co.!!!!

Alex did it! I had half my house power out and a few others look into the problem the past month , no one else could figure it out until Alex came and in a matter of a couple of hours troubleshot and got my place back on line full power. I am extremely happy and back in business what a relief..honestly I had no confidence in getting it repaired after all this time and he proved me wrong

It's a hit and miss. In my case, it's a missed. Alex told my tenants the ceiling fan was broken and he will work with company to replace it. Then, he reported that the fan was broken because of my tenants broke it. My tenants have been staying there for 9 years, never had issues with them. The fan was 12 years old. There are 4 ceiling fans at the house. One of them breaks. I ended up paying $70 home warranty for nothing. I have another guy coming in charging me $100 for labor and I can pick any ceiling fan that I like.

With this reason, I don't recommend this company. Additionally, I don't recommend any home warranty brand. It's just a patch with low quality work and equipment.

I found myself working with each individual contractors on the area they expertise are A LOT BETTER.

First American Home Warranty sent us Wisdom Electric Company we were very please with the work that Alex did, we couldn't have ask for a better experience. We had an appointment setup between 10:00 and 2:00pm. I really had a lots of things to do today and wish he would come earlier than later, we was very surprise and happy to see him at the door at 10:00. Right then and there we it was perfect. The work Alex did for us didn't take a good 30 minutes. Not only did he do an excellent job he's very organize, like so many other tech you have to clean up behind them once they leave. We will be requesting him from now on through our home warranty and using him as our electrician if we need things done on the house. Couldn't be happier with our experience.

Dishonest!!! Alex came out to our house and told me, ""It's in my notes, not to charge you."" I showed him the notes THAT DAY he came out. But then...he charged me. I called him today and told him that he said he would not charge me and he said, ""I would not say that.""

Stay clear of this company. They are disreputable.

Love this guy! Called our regular electrician who couldn't fix the problem- said he needed to come back and get into our attic, that we must have rats that chewed our wires! So I contacted my warranty company and Alex (sp?) came out. WITHIN 1/2 hour, he had found a loose wire and made the repair. Done! And, no rats. One last note, is the problem with the warranty company not covering the repair or with this electrician. Don't be dumb people, home warranties don't cover EVERYTHING.

We were contracted with Alex through First American Home Warranty. I have a very complicated property, with a main panel and 8 subpanels. Power was not getting to the pool which was going through the main panel and two subpanels en route. Alex very patiently and diligently worked the problem backward, found the source, and fixed the problem.......late on a Friday evening. We were very thankful!

Showed up late and misdiagnosed an electrical issue than then was denied for coverage by my homeowners warranty. I tried calling them 3 times to discuss- not calling back. Theybtold the homeowners warranty that they completed the work (that's what the warranty company told me)
