Unfortunately I have to leave a star to post a comment...if I had a choice it would be no stars. My name is Christian and I think by reading other comments our home warranty company really needs to find another electrician to be sending to its customers homes.
We had an exterior outlet faulty wire burn/melt the outlet, damage/melt the insulation, and leave smoke going up the exterior wall. A Wisdom Electric electrician came out to fix the issue but they didn't fix it! I called and was told I would receive a report later that day of why they could not fix the outlet.... that took weeks. I had to call the home warranty company and they set up yet another appointment with A Wisdom. I was called by the owner of A Wisdom telling me that they could not fix the issue because I removed the destroyed/melted outlet and that he already sent a letter to the home warranty company telling them this so now they will not consider fixing the issue anymore (that's what he said they will not cover it). I asked him would he not do the same if he had a smoking outlet on your new home? I mean wouldn't you remove it just to check if your house was on fire?The outlet was completely destroyed anyway... and smoking. He responded by saying ""there is no way it could catch your house on fire"". He actually said that to me, I guess he is an expert in arson. Plus he sent a letter to the home warranty company, plus they took $75 voucher when they came and didn't fix the issue and took forever to get back to me.
Not good service, bad honesty, and bad experience. If you don't want to fix issues don't be in business I need a company that can get things done so I can keep my home up and running to raise my family.

So, the guy Alex that some of these reviewers are referring to came out for a service call on our ceiling fan. We have American Home Shield. Ugh. He told us he was going to request a fan replacement. Never heard back from him or AHS after a month! We just called AMS...they read us his comments on our service order. He never mentioned anything about repairing or replacing the fan. We are getting a second opinion. Fan is still broken. Unprofessional and no follow up gives him negative stars, but I had to give one to provide this review.

I had a great experience with Alex and would definitely reach out to him for future electric issues.
Alex came to my home on time. He was prompt. He was thorough. He was polite. He was professional.
My ceiling fan had been acting up. The light was turning on and off intermittently. The fan speed was changing on its own. I didn't know if it was faulty wiring or what.
Alex explained the issue, took my fan apart, worked some magic, and voila - no more speed changes (only when I choose to change it from the remote myself!)

I hope to not run into any further electrical issues, but if I do, I'd definitely call Alex.

Alex arrived at the appointment time. He replaced four bad switches. He was very polite the whole time. I am saving his business card because I would definitely use him again.

Alex came in the second time to identify the problem that was not evident the first time via AHS home warranty. He was professional, courteous and helpful. He identified the problem and fixed the issue that was creating problems for us for about two weeks. We called another electrician (will not name) who did not figure the issue but connected the wires to GFI plug incorrectly that created issues with the neutral. Alex was professional to point it out but did not bash the fellow electrician. We all make mistakes but how Alex handles the situation was commendable.
I will definitely use Alex again as he has gained my trust and confidence. Thanks.

Thank you so much Alex Reys. He came over on time, very professional. Friendly and helpful. I was told earlier that the wall would have to be opened up and the job would take about 4 hours. He fixed the problem in about fifteen minutes. He was absolutely AWESOME! I was so happy he didn't have to ruin my wall.
Super happy with this electrician

Alex just left my house, and I have nothing but great things to say about him. My wife and I had a breaker blow in our house that wouldn't turn back on, and we couldn't figure out what the problem was. We called our home warranty company and they sent us out a different electrician at first who rushed through, misdiagnosed the problem, and said he couldn't fix it. I could tell the other electrician wanted to leave as soon as possible and was interested in really figuring the problem out.
We asked our home warranty for a second opinion, and they sent Alex out and my wife and I are so glad they did! He contacted us right away to set up an appointment within an hour of us requesting the second opinion on a Friday, and he showed up at our place within the time frame he gave us the following Monday.
Alex is a really nice guy and he took his time and explained everything to us as he went along. He figured out very quickly what our problem was with the blown breaker, went through a process of elimination to figure out what outlet was causing the problem, figured it out, and replaced the outlet that was causing the issue. He even replaced another GFCI outlet that he found had gone bad, but wasn't even the cause of our breaker issue.
On top of all that, he took a look at another item on our home warranty list that the previous electrician hadn't fixed and took care of that issue as well.
Alex was kind, professional, explained everything, and fixed both of our electrical problems within an hour. We will be requesting him from now on through our home warranty and using him as our electrician if we need things done on the house. Couldn't be happier with our experience.

I'm completely dissatisfied with A Wisdom Electric Co, Old Republic HP send them, I wish that I checked review from other customers before I let them in my house.
The thec Alex dishonest and unprofessional , this company do NOT answer calls NOR return calls, after month of frustration and several calls to Home protection Co I'm ending up with the same problem, nonworking exhaust fan, in my opinion the electrician wants to show up to charge home warranty and us (service fee $75) to make his money, but definitely NOT to fix customers problem!

Terrible! First American sent them - tech didn't know what to do - I had to help him understand the problem ( which my own electrician diagnosed with the blink of an eye).
Spent 15 mins - wrote a crappy report. Didn't know how / want to repair wanted to get out of it.
Wouldn't recommend at all
