Today, the younger man from last week's team was here with a partner. I have to tell you, Austin did a marvelous, no an outstanding job installing the multi-level fan blades on this ceiling fan. It was no easy task since they intersected with one another, and he had to make sure they did not touch one another as they went around at different speeds.

In addition, he is exceptionally polite and concerned about the customer. We are pleased with the work he did in your company's name. I believe he is a real asset to your workforce. The other man is possibly new, but did not display the work ethic of Austin, or the people skills that Austin has.

The bottom line is that you can send him here anytime I need work done. The work they did in the kitchen last week was excellent.

Had a random issue with an exterior outlet that is used primarily for our Pool Robot. Explained to Austin it wasn't an ""Emergency"" but hoped I could get someone out soon as anyone with a pool knows, you need to stay on top of cleaning it especially if you have tree's overhead like I do. Austin was able to squeeze me in within 24 hours and quickly solved the issue with the outlet. Efficient and fair pricing, thanks for your help Austin, the pool robot is back up and running keeping our pool clean!
