I am a first time, first year homeowner and overly cautious about having to do major projects on the house. Primarily, I needed the main disconnect, sub-panel, groundings, etc... all updated and up to code. I saw and received about 5 to 6 different technicians and quotes, but I chose A to Z Electric out of all of them. The reason why is because of Alex, the professional technician that came to my home, listened to my concerns, came up with a solid game plan and quoted some fair prices. I was impressed with his knowledge, adaptiveness based on my changing requests, and patience in answering my questions... some of which may have been repetitive. Whether it's a passion for his profession or an outstanding work ethic or both, Alex has a genuine personality that was expressed in every conversation. He made this whole process from start to finish a success. He was on-time and performed the service in one day, alone - plus handled the inspection process with the city. I have some future electrical projects I will eventually want done and when that time comes, I'm going to call A to Z Electric.

A to Z Electric were selected for me By American Home Shield not by me. I was really disappointed because they came out to look at my issue and it was unresolved? The technician told me there was an issue between my Circuit breaker box and my swimming pool and the electrical piece needed to be corrected at the circuit breaker box. The technician was going to right it up and see if they could move forward with American Home Shield to fix the issue? Since the technician left I can't get A to Z Electric to call me back and explain why? They keep texting me that they deferred to a pool company to fix the electric problem, and if I need anything else I should contact American Home Shield? The service I received from A to Z Electric was really disappointing and I felt my issue was just to big for them or they just decided they didn't want to fix it (for whatever reason), but I feel as a customer I wasn't important enough to explain anything or the reasons why they won't fix my problem... I would not recommend them for anything from my first experience with them and as a member of the US Military ""First Impressions carry a lot of clout with me"" Their first impression POOR!

We had several outlets stop working in our kitchen, Alex from A to Z came out and quickly found and fixed the problem. Alex was very professional and friendly! Thank you A to Z, Alex is great at his job and we will definatly use you guys again!
