I hired Joel to update the internet wiring and cabling in my house....he was prompt and responsive and extremely diligent about getting his work done...we needed cabling done across all the 8 different locations in our house including the backyard rooms...which required him to navigate attic crawlspace as and pull wires around the roof and moved my modem and router to the attic. He worked tirelessly over 2 days to get this work done. All the work was done to my satisfaction and he did an excellent job of working through our constraints and was very very reasonable not trying to add anything during the course of work....I would strongly recommend Joel for his experience, expertise and for his diligence doing everything with a smile.

This guy is an absolute crook!! He charged a 90 year old woman $200 to come over to her house and tell her that trouble was on AT&T's side!! AT&T only charges $55 to come out and isolate trouble if its on the customers side! I don't see how this scumbag is getting away with this! I'm reporting him for elder abuse! Please don't use his services!!!

Very knowledgeable, performs quality work, very honest and exceptionally helpful. He was very reasonably priced and delivered a quality product.
I live in a rural area and had such a difficult time getting an Internet Provider to come out and wire my area for internet access. Joel was a Godsend. He performed the work in record time. Took the time out to explain the whys and wherefores' to me, and truly went that extra mile to ensure I received internet service w/out any pain or stress. He even went so far as to meet with the Internet Provider and answer any technical questions he may have. Joel is permanently on my speed dial.
Without any hesitation I would recommend his services to family and friends, and anyone else for that matter. True ""old school"" service and professionalism is what Joel epitomizes.

Joel is very pleasant, professional and reasonable. AT&T repair came to my home for line static problem and they said it was a problem in the house, not with their lines. They suggested I get a company like this to check the phone line in the house to save money since they charge more per hour. Joel quickly determined the problem was not with the in home wiring, but with AT&T's. He plugged the phone directly into the box and had me listen to the static. He showed me what he did so I could explain it to AT&T. He then took it upon himself to call AT&T to schedule a repair appointment and explained the problem to them. I highly recommend Joel.
