Sam was great. He came over fixed a kitchen light that would not turn on and he fixed an electric plugin the kitchen so our electric oven would work. Sam was polite, efficient and very nice. He and his assistant did the work and were out. Thank you so much Sam.

Sam is a true gentleman-- the kind you want helping you with difficult things like electrical issues. Our doorbell fixed itself before he got to the appointment and he was so courteous and polite about the whole affair, it was mind blowing. He didn't charge us or anything. We will definitely be looking forward to using him next time we have an electrical issue.

While I hate having to leave a bad review, especially for a small business, but A-Tech Electric's failure to adhere to a schedule has now wrecked havoc with all of our other contractors that were the next in line.

We scheduled an appointment with him to do some simple electrical work for our kitchen remodel project. He said he would be coming by at 12 PM to do the job. 12:15 PM rolls by, no text, call or anything. At 12:30 I call and his phone just goes straight to voice mail. I then have to call the painter and cabinet installer, informing them that they will not be able to come the following day because the electrical work wasn't done. He then calls at 2:30 PM saying that he was stuck at a job and would be coming in 1 hour. Again, total flake, he was a no show. A simple call or text would have helped so I could work out the schedule with all the other contractors.

Due to his actions, we now have another week of having no kitchen, extra costs from eating out and two other people who are pissed off because we had to push them back and now they aren't going to make money from the day of work that they missed.

Luckily, the painter recommended another electrician who did the job for more than 50% less than what he was going to charge. Guess what, he was on time and very communicative.

He finally called back the following day at 6:30 PM and left an apologetic voice mail, but by that point, the damage was done.

In business, your word is your bond and for this, I'm giving him a 1 star.

Sam is great. He calls you back when you leave a message. He was booked that day but when I mentioned it was for my baby's room and how a ceiling fan is a must now that it's getting so hot, Sam came out after his job in the late afternoon to install ceiling fans for 2 rooms. I would definitely hire him next time and would recommend his services to anyone.

I called Samuel of A-Tech to get a light fixture in my bathroom fixed. He was able to come out the same day. He was very professional. When he realized my fixture needed to be replaced he let me run to Home Depot. Samuel returned an hour later and installed the fixture. I would highly Samuel for electrical needs. Even though he performed a small job for me, I would feel confident hiring him for a bigger job.

Found out we only had a week or so to get a tankless water heater inspected (previous contractor never had it inspected...) before the permit expired. Was able to secure a Saturday appt with Sam for him to come and check out the work and give an estimate. After we agreed to a price he offered to do the work that day. I had to run out for an appointment later on but Sam offered to finish up and text me pictures of the finished job before he left so I could see it was what we agreed to. A really nice guy, I would definitely recommend him.

I bought a house in the Hollywood Hills that turned out to be a Rube Goldberg machine when it came to the electrical wiring. When the inspectors came by during our renovation to tell our contractor that we needed to rewire the place, he brought in Sam who owns A-Tech Electric. Sam went room by room, from the basement up to the attic, and found every junction box, every rat's nest of wires, and re-did everything. He found stuff that could have burned our house down and not only did he fix it but he explained it to us in a way that we could understand. Sam and his partner Ron were personable and funny and hard-working and a joy to have in the house eight hours a day for three weeks straight. I cannot recommend A-Tech Electric enough, no matter where you live in L.A. or how big or small your problem might be. You will not regret it.

I am absolutely pleased with Sam and his team! We had an emergency at my business due to the recent storms and he came right out, when my regular electrician was giving me the run around. They did what was necessary to get us up and running right away then we scheduled a later time to finish the rest. He has fair pricing and is very honest. I have a lot more work for them and would recommend EVERYONE call for your electrical needs!

When I woke up, some of my electrical was not working. So glad I called Sam. It was a simple fix but he treated it and me as if we were the most important customers he had.
