I needed a total fuse box replacement. Mr. Ottis Roe contacted me right away and because it had totally went out and I had a two week old baby and family members at home with no electricity or air, he came out immediately, gave me a fair price and even worked out terms to pay the balance due. He was extremely knowledgeable, had to cut out some additional sheet rock to install a much bigger fuse box, and did a terrific job. He was there about 9:00 A.M. and was done by 11:30 A.M. that same day. He was very courteous and completed the job in a very professional manner.
