They're awesome --- totally responsive, friendly, honest and dedicated to helping you get your problem solved! I called with garage electrical outlet problems and asked about their repair services. Terri listened to my description of the problem and then asked me a few questions. She then said ""rather than spend money on an electrician, try this first."" I did what she advised and the problem was fixed!!! No service call, no fee, and no money spent! Very few people in the business would have even taken the time to help like Terri did, much less lose business by telling the customer exactly what to do themselves.
My highest praise for this family-owned and operated business. Now that I have found A Plus Spring Electric, I'll never use another electrician and whole-heartedly will recommend them to anyone needing service.

My office condo was without power. I called A+ Spring Electric. They suggested that I call Centerpoint before I engaged them to rule out a utility issue. Terri took several calls from me and offered great advice. It turned out that the underground line was damaged due to construction next door and the developer will fix it. I am very appreciative of the time Terri spent helping me. I will recommend them and use them in the future.

I had needed a good electrician..... on multiple occasions. Now that Ive found these guys, Ill never use another electrician again. Not only did they make me feel like I could trust them in my home when I wasnt there, but they also didnt give up until my issue was resolved. He has more experience than most other electricians I have encountered. Also, I like the fact that they are a family owned and operated business.
