Danielle S.We called in a simple electrical issue last week and they said it would be a week before they came by. We agreed and waited for service until today , March 11 2019. We called 30 min ago for an ETA to hear they are not coming. We explained we can wait, that the tenant took off work today to meet him and he said he couldn't come. I asked when could he come out to make this right, and he said it would be another week!!!
He could care less, no courtesy call, just a bunch of empty apologies without a plan to make this right. I would not recommend. Not impressed that this local company could care less about wasting their customers time as they patiently wait to fix their electric issues.
