AM & G true professionals - came for a wire tuck and installed Cad5 cables in all bedrooms and living rooms. Their crew went above and beyond to be sure job was done perfectly! They even worked alongside and aided the internet installer as well (whom was not properly prepared in order for his job to be complete) I would highly recomnend this company for any home network installation and look forward to having them install some ceiling fans in the future

On Thursday afternoon, they texted to confirm our Friday 9 - 10am appointment. On Friday at 10:11 am, they called to say their technicians were running late and would I like to reschedule on another day.

I had one of my outlets fixed by AM&G.

TLDR: Initial work went well but item replacement compensation for something they broke in the process is still open since 2018. Follow up customer service is horrendous.

The electrician was friendly and helped explain the issue. We agreed on a price and everything went well except he broke our garage lighting in the process. We had no issues because he said the company would replace it free of charge. The work was finished and payment was made for the original fix.

Several weeks later I'm waiting for updates on when my garage lights that were dropped on accident were going to be replaced. I reached out several times through yelp and phone and got delayed messages. They mentioned they are looking for replacement parts even though I could easily buy it from Home Depot.

Several weeks later I said I'll go buy the parts from Home Depot if they will come install it and pay for the parts. We agreed, they came to install it and the lights are now fixed.

Issue is it's been months since I've been waiting for $50 they agreed to pay. It's not about the money but the principal and customer service. If it has anything to do with breakage or payment back to the customer they take their time in responding.

I called AM&G for assistance with installing my ring devices that needed to run electrical wiring. It was very easy to schedule for an estimate and for a timeframe that fitted my schedule. The technicians who came to install I believe Mike and Jason were very friendly and efficient. They installed the devices as expected and made sure everything was working properly to my liking. I have no complaints.

I called because two of my outlets we're not working. I was expecting to make an appointment for them to come out at a later date, but the receptionist said we can come today and be there in about an hour. I said yes and this worked out perfectly. Mike & Jason we're extremely friendly and worked hard to figure out what was wrong with the outlets. They we're very knowledgeable about their work. They fixed the problem in about an hour and a half. I highly recommend this company and Mike & Jason.

From start to finish, working with Celita at AM&G was so easy. We were able to negotiate a great price that fit into the budget of our HOA, and schedule the guys to come out shortly after we agreed on a price. We had exterior light fixtures installed throughout the property to enhance the aesthetics of our property and bring brighter lighting to otherwise dark areas. I will be using AM&G in the future, not just for work done inside our home, but I would like them to become the preferred electrician of our HOA.

He was very helpful, friendly and explained what was going on with my electrical and what he was installing. His work was quick and clean. He even spent an extra few minutes to take a look at an upcoming project for our electric system, even though he had another project to visit.
