Called on Wednesday and they came out Thursday and completed work in 2 hours. Price was reasonable at $85 an hour plus supplies. Others wanted me to wait 2 weeks to get an estimate. Would use them again to do electrical work.

I was having issues with my water heater and even after replacing most the components myself I could not figure out what I was doing wrong. I called A&G expecting another voicemail or call center because that's what I got on previous calls to other electrician companies (no surprise considering it was a Sunday).
The gentleman who answered the phone listened to my problem and asked he could call back around 5.30 because he will be out of church. I mention this because the fact he actually called me back AND on time on a day most businesses choose to not operate shows this company is ran by understanding and caring individuals.
During the call the team was able to advise me of my options without even seeing my system which gives me reassurance of their experience and knowledge.
Great communication and empathy! I'm sure they could hear the frustration in my voice from being upset with my situation but continued to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude!

Would totally recommend this company. Alberto was very knowledgeable and outgoing. I had an issue with a light not turning on for months, he fixed it in an hour. Price was very good. Thank you guys once again. :)
