Requested a quote for a bank of ceiling lights not working. was promised a visit the next morning. No show. I called, received an apology for the missed appointment and was promised a visit the next day at 2:00 pm. Electrician arrived at 3:00 pm. An estimate was agreed on and was told work would begin at 9:00 am the next day. Again, no show, no call. I would recommend choosing another contractor.

Manuel did a great job! He was a bit on the pricey side, but knew his stuff and got to the root of the problem so that it will not happen again. He found a small leak under my kitchen sink, too, while he was working, so that was a nice plus! He kept me apprised of his arrival time, which I appreciated, since you never know how long you'll be with a customer.

I was tremendously pleased with the service I received from Manuel and his crew of timely, professional, and thorough workers. I hired Manuel for a range of jobs and each time he came in on time, on budget, and with excellent communication throughout the process. The biggest job was a complete rewire of my home built in 1947. Manuel was able to provide all the materials needed and he and his crew showed up on time and ready to work. Each worker was masked and distanced from my family as they worked in and under the house. Manuel and his crew were also able to install over 15 recessed lighting receptacles in two rooms, mount four different TVs, rewire and add outlets to my garage, and hardwire two cameras to avoid having to maintain their batteries. Manuel also completed the permitting and inspection process for us, something I was not looking forward to doing without a professional by my side. I would strongly recommend A First Electric for your electrical needs.
