At first they were responsive as I spent over $10k to have them put in electrical outlets. However, when I tried to follow up with them to do a minor job, they refused to come down to help. The owner, Steve, even lied to me on 4 separate occasions that he would come down to help but never even called to tell me he was not coming. Save your money and call Owens Electric in Burlingame.
