A. Dodge Electric is a family-owned and operated business that started right here in Lafayette. Started in the 1980s by Aaron Dodge and his wife Janet, we have been serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients in a community where we are well-rooted. As the years passed, our services expanded to include schools, hospitals, and other public facilities. The projects we have completed on exterior parking lots, interior office spaces, and numerous homes are just a few examples of how we continue to illuminate our city and residences.

I started my electrical career during my school years. The electrician in my hometown needed help, so I stepped in to volunteer. I acquired a wealth of knowledge from him. My father also played a significant role in shaping my path. ""Cannot"" is not in my lexicon; where there’s determination, there’s a solution! “I can repair anything except a broken heart.”

My wife Janet has been by my side in all our business and community efforts throughout the years. We strive to contribute to our community, as they have been there for us in all our endeavors. As a disabled veteran, I have been honored to work with this community for many years. Lafayette is our forever home, and our business will remain local and family-operated.
