Not very helpful first point of contact when calling this business. Customer Service needs improvement!!!

First of all...I have been in the construction trade (home builder, cabinet maker) for 45 years. The only electrical company I've used here in Naples was A/C Electrical. Great experienced people.
Secondly...I was unaware that in florida you can buy a company including the license. This is NOT the same company as the long standing A/C Electrical owned by my USMC brother. It was purchased by a datatech firm to do power ups (i suppose).

I have a mobile home. I contracted them to move the electrical panel 10 feet. FPL was involved. They asked me to leave the framing open for their ease of access. I did. They came in at 9 am by 1 pm they had failed the first inspection. For some reason they did not pay the reinspection fee and I was out of electricu for 8 days. They installed a huge 44 slug panel for 6 circuits. It should have been 7 but one circuit was dicarded under the home. Plenty of their trash there too. The weirdest thing was that these guys hung the panel upside down. In 45 years I have never seen an electrical panel hung upside down. When I questioned it...""we do it all the time"". They didn't have the stones to tell me that they cut the sevice legs too short. After 5 days with no power I chased down the new owner and he got things moving. For all the trouble...10% off...and an additional 15% off my next project with them????? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT

We have working with them multiple times and we would not use anyone else. Not only do they always keep their word with timing, their pricing is reasonable for the work they provide. Everyone here at SWF Construction highly recommend to use them from anything to changing or updating lighting to room additions they can do it all.

DOES NOT SHOW FOR APPOINTMENTS!
We set an appointment for 2:30. MARCO called and left a cell number asking to make it 11:30. I left a message that 11:30 was fine. Next day...no show at 11:30, no show at 2:30. I called at 2:30. MARCO said running late on prior job, would be 3:00. I said fine, we have stayed home all day, just please be sure to come out. (GFI replacement - how hard is that!) 4:00 office calls to say not coming. Office reschedules FRANK for 10:30-noon. GUESS WHAT? Frank doesn't show either! No call from office.... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I had a chandelier installed in my home. It has sentimental meaning, as it was my dear deceased mother's. I can tell you that Juan, the service technician certainly honored her with his excellent service. He presented on time, neat and clean; even wearing shoe shields.
His skill was wonderful. Also, he conferred with me during the installation to assure that the placement was just where I wanted it.
He is very polite and has an easy smile. A great representative of AC Electrical company.
Pricing is very fair. They even have a discount for veterans.
I would recommend this company.

I know enough about electrical wiring to know when I'm in over my head, so I called AC Electrical when a short developed on a pretty exotic line that zig-zagged all over the property. Juan literally found the source of the fault within about 10-15 minutes as well as some pretty improper wiring that was completed under the care of the home's previous owner. Scheduling was a breeze and pricing was very, very fair. Technical skill of the electrician was terrific. Will be happy to use these guys again in the future.
