Leslie O.We built a home in Truckee and AC Electric provided set up and installation of our sound and TVs. Nothing worked or has ever worked according to the specifications. They tried to fix and the system is so unstable that every time we try to turn on a TV it does not work. No picture, no sound, not connected to the cable box. Do not use AC Electric for any home media or automation. Steve Kane will promise they can fix it but, his staff does not have the knowledge to get the job done. They never refunded us or took responsibility for their short fall to our contract. Steve Kane will then just walk away from the job without a care for his companies poor work.
