Said one cannot upgrade without the ok from your neighbors because the PG&E lines only has so much amps. CHRIS WAS THE HONEST ELECTRICIAN THAT TRUTH UPFRONT WHILE THE REST WERE TO GAUGE YOU. 1company even wanted
$11000 to do the upgrade!!! So beware.
