From their response to my request for a quote to the person I spoke to at their office to schedule the appointment to Erick who came to install my ceiling fan, everyone was friendly, respectful and courteous. This is a company that understands customer service and that's important to me. The work was done well and the price was fair. I will only use them going forward for all my electrical needs. I needed to replace an old panel in our newly purchased home. These guys made it easy to get an estimate via phone, came out for  on site visit to ensure the job could be done correctly, did the job quickly and in the time planned (and cleaned up after themselves... thanks Danny), and called in for the inspection which happened as requested, the following afternoon. I also learned a lot (free advice) from the guys working here about this old house and how the wiring was configured and how things were set up with the outbuildings as well.Excellent work done as promised. :)

Excellent service and quality work.  Raffi arrived on time and wearing a mask.  He snaked both my outdoor utility tub and my main bathroom shower.  Now the water drains freely.   Huge difference.   He also changed my old cement utility tub with a Thermoplastic Utility Tub.  It looks great!  He did an outstanding job installing the new tub.  I highly recommend using them for all your plumbing needs.

Naser did an excellent job adding a couple of power outlets into a shelf area around my fireplace. He had to cut a couple of square areas out of my brand new wall, so it made me a little nervous. Naser was meticulous about how clean he made his cuts and he replaced the drywall very cleanly for a super easy repair job. My drywall guy was very impressed with his work, and so am I. The quote came in very quickly. Communication was excellent. The price was right and he showed up on time. He even helped me pull a couple of HDMI cables from my TV through the wall. 

I have no complaints whatsoever. If you need electrical work done, this company is a solid choice.

We had a pretty big job - rewiring the front half of our house, installing recessed lighting, and replacing a number of outlets. Steve immediately impressed me as very thoughtful and a good listener, and his bid was very competitive. Once work commenced, his folks were professional and thorough. No job like this is ever trouble-free: clients add new requests or change their minds; workers sometimes misunderstand their assignments or make mistakes; etc. Whenever there was an issue of any kind, Steve  always responded with grace and good humor and solved the problem to everyone's satisfaction. The bottom line is that if we ever have another job, we are going to call This company. Highly recommended.

I called them because I needed a pipeline sealed that was attached to my ceiling from the water heater I acquired 8 months ago under guarantee. Ants were on the ceiling going through the unsealed part of the pipeline so I was delighted that the supervisor sent out 2 really good service technicians to my house the next day to observe. In the beginning he stated he would not warranty/fix this issue due to the fact that this pipeline was the initial they used of mine and not theirs. My air conditioner condenser system had stopped working. They informed me that the system was unrepairable and charged me for the call.
They then attempted to offer me a complete a/c plus heater (the old ""it makes sense to do both at the exact same time"" argument) for over the amount.
I went over changing simply the condenser and they were willing to do that, but their quote was really high.

No pressure at all, sales pitch, simply revealed what they had to offer. Which was a fantastic option now we have an additional closet and we never ever hear furnace or A/C ever come on.

I had my complete heating and air conditioning system changed. We spoke with 4 other companies and west coast home appliance was the last one. After we checked out the yelp examines we had to see what they had to state.

Everything went like they said it would or better. We are so glad we put our trust in them and in this day and age business like this are tough to find.

The setup crew was really expert, timely, on schedule, courteous, friendly and kept me advised at all times to their progress and asked my opinion on installation concepts and what I preferred when required. We had a bad circuit breaker on an unrelated circuit and they simply changed.

I had my complete heating and air conditioning system changed. We interviewed 4 other business and west coast appliance was the last one. After we read the yelp examines we had to see what they had to state.

My shower was clogging a lot and they really were able to help me out. They also took a look at my sinks and were able to make it work smoothly. They also installed my water heater (since it was working bad before) and now I have hot water to shower!
