I hate that I have to give any stars to this place!!
What they did to my grandma and my mother is despicable!!!
My 88 year old grandma electric dryer stopped working. My mother called A&A Electric and spoke to Sherry, she informed my mother they charged $120 per hour plus materials. My mom setup the appointment for them to come out the next day. Two workers came and one was in training. They figured out the problem within 30 minutes. The electric socket needed to be changed. They gave several different quotes. My mom informed them she would call Sherry to clarify the price. The worker then told my grandma it would be $240 for today, because they sent two workers out. My mother informed the workers she was informed it would be $120 per hour not per worker and plus the other worker was in training. They called there boss Paul and he was VERY RUDE, he told them to charge my grandma for one and half and my mother told him NO! They were only here for 30minutes she's paying$120. Paul stayed charge $120 and get out of there!! If my mother wasn't there they would have tried to take advantage of my grandma! Be careful with this company!

Minor electrical repair required what appeared to be one fully qualified, journeyman electrician who was very young and another electrician in training. The charge was for two fully trained electrician and I questioned that. They adjusted the bill somewhat. They came back a second time and had brought the wrong switch. At that point, I said, don't bother replacing it.

Excellent electrician and company. They gave us a written bid and were very thorough! We appreciate their knowledge and skill. We had a large job and they delivered! A second time was an emergency. I called them at 5 pm and an electrician was at our home by 8:00am the next morning and fixed the problem! So grateful.

Two gentlemen who came out & worked at my house very respectful & answered all our questions. They installed 7 recessed lights & replaced 1 (dimmed as well) in two living rooms. They also replaced a light with an installation of a ceiling fan in a bedroom. Price was reasonable. Thank you Paul & guys who did the work!

icalled for help on fan for paint booth they sent 2 vehicles which only needed 1 spent 2 hrs only needed 1 person but they charged me $400.00 labor when should have been $200.00 they fixed fan then a week later no power to fan i called 3 times and left message no call back shame on you for not coming out to fix your mistake so i will call a real electrician 1own a business and have gladly fixed my employees mistakes at no charge to customer. its obvious that you dont care

Power in one half of the house went out, A&A came out within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem. The problem was on the PGE line. The A&A electrician stayed and spoke to the PGE tech and consulted with him. Both A&A electricians were polite, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We will use this company again when the need arises.

Called in to get some general information. The girl that answered the phone didn't even greet with her name- probably because of the nasty attitude and tone she carries. I could barely get my sentence out before I was hung up on.

I called Paul at A&A on Wednesday afternoon with an emergency power outage problem. He had an electrician at our house in East Sacramento at 8 AM the next morning and the problem was completely resolved by 9 AM. Exceptional!!
