We needed some pretty major electrical upgrading to our older San Francisco home. Eddie came to our house at the scheduled time and provided us a quote and contract. He was the utmost professional through the whole process. He had to spend a good 3 full days at our house and always arrived on-time. I felt comfortable leaving him alone on the property, including one full day in our kitchen, while we were away at work. Eddie took care of arranging the time with the city inspector and was on-site to meet with them. His work passed inspection with flying colors. He also made the initial calls to PG&E to start their piece of the project. The quality of his work is top-notch, and he even cleaned up after himself!!! Eddie couldn't have made the process any easier for us. I will be using Eddie for any future licensed electricion needs, and highly recommend that you do the same.

I had an electrical issue on a Saturday afternoon. I called Eddie and he was willing to come out that day to take care of my wiring issue. He was very patient during the initial call and while he was at my home, he explained what the issue was and what the remedy would be while he worked. I will call him next time I have an electrical problem.

I hurt my leg and had to go for surgery. I needed a door buzzer for my recuperation--I live up many stairs. I called Edde on a Sunday morning, he showed up Monday, I gave him a key, and left for surgery and overnight at the hospital. Meanwhile, he put in a great video door buzzer system for my gate and front door (no visible wires). He finished at 4:30 on Tuesday. Hospital was slow in discharging me and HE WAITED FOR ME FOR TWO HOURS at my house until I returned home at 6:30! He was very kind and showed me how it worked and then called to check in. He came back to adjust something and, at no additional charge, replaced one of the lock mechanisms for me! This man is very skilled, but more important, he is honest and truly dependable. I recommend him most highly!

THIS MAN IS A CROOK. Do not believe his positive reviews, they are phony. The circuit breaker flipped from an overload. My tenants did not know how to flip the switch. He came spent less than 10 minutes, flipped the switch and charged $295.00. To top it off, he charged $45.00 for ""travel fee"" even though he is about 12 blocks from my house. My tenants paid so I was on the hook to reimburse them. When I called to get an explanation from him of exactly what he did he gave me a lot of double talk about ""explaining the process"" to my tenant. After several vague answers I said, I think you just flipped the switch. Is that what you did? His response, ""In theory, yes"" And what about the ""travel fee""""? He said he charged from where he is at the time. ""I do not calculate from my bed It doesn't matter where I sleep. He may have knowledge, but he is a crook.

I can't praise Eddie enough. He came out to install a charging circuit for my new car with just 12 hours notice and in the process literally saved my life.

I've never worked with such a wonderful professional contractor before. Not only does Eddie do what he promises for what he quotes, he goes way beyond. He took the time to explain everything he saw at my home. I thought I just needed a quick cable run to a new 240v socket but Eddie quickly found a major flaw in my homes wiring. While scoping the job he discovered that the lighting circuit for the entire ground floor wasn't wired through a breaker but directly to the bus rails of the panel (something that at least 4 other licensed electrical contractors had ignored over the last 10 years)! Any short could have resulted in a fire, the loss of my home and potentially my life. How do you put a dollar value on that? His work is meticulous. He prides himself in getting the details right and doing what is actually needed, not what is quickest or cheapest. If you want a quick and dirty fix, look elsewhere, Eddie will give you a solution that lasts.

For those who complained about cost I'm reminded that you really do get what you pay for. If a professional comes out to troubleshoot after hours on a 24/7 basis he should be compensated for his dedication and expertise. I feel Eddie charged me a very fair rate for being at my home at 6AM to fit the work in, the impeccable way he executed the job and the amazing level of consideration he gave to not just what I asked for but the well being of me and my loved ones. I will happily turn to him every time I need help with an electrical project in the future.

My old door chime short-circuited and wouldn't stop ringing. This is not a pleasant sound. Imagine a fire alarm blaring at close range in your ears. I called Eddie after hours and he arrived quickly. Thanks to his prompt service and efficiency, the doorbell has been repaired so we can sleep peacefully tonight. I would use his services again.

We called Eddie based on the great reviews here, and we were not disappointed. He did an excellent job, explained everything to us clearly, and we were happy to have worked with him

We live in an older home in the sunset, and our electrical wiring was badly in need of updating--we kept blowing the circuits each time we ran our microwave and toaster together. Eddie did a thorough inspection and gave us a kind of ""triaged"" approach to addressing our electrical issues for the safety of our home. We are working in 2 stages to update our system and have complete confidence that we are in expert and capable hands.

I noticed that some thought Eddie was too expensive, but we felt that he took the time to do the job right, and explained everything to us clearly. He obviously has a depth of knowledge and expertise from all of his years of hands on electrical work.
Really, we sleep better at night knowing our wiring is safe. We definitely recommend Eddie.

Not the cheapest, but really the best.

I called Eddie around 11am and he came the same day before 1pm. He is very knowledgable, as well as friendly, quick, and funny. He even helped with an additional electrical problem I had, and gave me advice on how best to manage it. I would definitely use Eddie again.
