We blew out our kitchen power this morning and I wasn't able to figure out how to fix it. Eddie was super friendly over the phone and fully helped me fix it myself--for free. We'll definitely use A24 again!

Wow! Eddie is truly a master of his craft, not to mention extremely down to earth, patient, and intelligent. Because of his careful explanations, attention to detail, and patience to fix what seemed like a never- ending mix of problems, He was able to resolve the situation quickly, safely and effectively.. even taking the time to share with us important basics in electricity! Not to mention, my problem resulted in needing PG&E and Eddie not only spoke to them on the phone several times, but waited with me for them to show up and explain the situation. I couldn't have gotten thru all of that without him! If you are in a jam, fear not as he knows how to save the day!

Eddie really know his stuff. As many others have noted, he is a fantastic diagnostician, he's a kind of Sherlock Holmes of electrical problems. It has to be said that he is extraordinarily expensive, more per hour than a pretty good lawyer. But I can't ding him for that because he doesn't hide it (and anyway, why should a lawyer be more expensive than an electrician?). He tells you up front that he is expensive; your choice. You want to go cheaper, go cheaper. Your risk

I was dumb and turned my breakers off. When I tried to turn it back on, the power wouldn't turn. I called A24 and he saved the day. I saved money on an electrician and he helped no charge. Thanks Eddie!

If there was a 20 start review, I'd give it to Eddie and his business. Electricity went haywire at my house. Anything with a motor stopped working. The washer turned on and all power in the living room went off, plus I smelled burnt wire. It was scary.

I had one electrician come out, nice guy, but it was clear he wasn't sure what the problem was. So he just suggested changing a bunch of stuff and gave me a pretty high estimate.

I contacted four others, NO ONE answered their phone, and as I write this NONE has yet responded to my call.

Then I found Eddie here on Yelp and called because of the reviews.

Oh, my God! Answered the phone. Inside of 5 minutes - over the phone - Eddie diagnosed the problem! Within two hours, the issue was fixed.

(btw, none of the things the first electrician was going to do would have resolved the issue)

On top of all that, Eddie is not a money grabber. He is more than fair, he is kind.

Thank you Eddie. Never calling another electrician again.

We had a short circuit on a Friday night that meant no bedroom, hallway, bath lights or power and no power to the washer and dryer - a big deal with two small ones in the house. Eddie came the next day and resolved the issue, patiently walking me through his diagnosis. I called Eddie because other electricians I looked at on Yelp were closed for the weekend. Everything was restored in short order. Would recommend very highly.

10 stars out of 5. I made the big mistake of plugging my hair dryer and space heater into the same outlet Friday morning. I normally know better than that, but must have been half asleep. I still had electricity in the bathroom, but now power to the outlet. I went to the garage to re-set the breakers but it still didn't work. I called A-24 because they are in the neighborhood and received great reviews, all which are 100% on the mark. Eddie answered promptly and helped me over the phone at no charge, and my outlet was working again. I will definitely call A-24 should I ever need service in the future, and highly recommend. Thank you, Eddie!
