Terence A.My father & I have been a customer of Bob's for both of our standalone generators about 8 years now. I understand that it is a natural disaster but my father's generator worked for about a day then it died. My parents are in their late 80's & staying with my niece until power is restored. I called Bob in the morning & night which he promised each time he would come & fix it. He could listen on the phone & tell what's the problem which he says that it would be no time to fix. No call or show. It has been 4 days now! Each time I call it's like the 1st time he's heard from me. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I would like to use other words but it's against my morals! I had to resort to the the large companies which will be @ my parent's house Monday. I will not be using Bob in the future.
