The performance of the 3 ton Goodman system installed by this dealer in February of 2017 wasn't impressive to begin with. By Spring of 2019, the condensing (outdoor unit) started making a grunting noise every 10-15 seconds or so. Contacted the dealer several times in the past 3 months, the appointments made were never kept. In the first week of September 2019 the compressor locked up. I contacted the manufacturer for a resolution.
