I contacted 75 Electric to ask about having an outlet installed. They were able to meet with me and get the outlet done the very next day! It wasn't the cheapest quote but they did a good job, communicated pricing and timing well, and cleaned up after themselves. Both men I interacted with were professional and courteous.

Alonzo came in person to give me a quote on installation of bathroom fan and dining room light. He check both out (we had already purchased replacements) then emailed over a quote for $200 for bath fan replacement and $40 for light in dining room.
I hired him to do both and set appointment. He was 4 hours late!!! He kept texting that he'd be here, so I waited.... then we he got to my home and when to start on bath fan, he looked in attic and said he would not be able to do it that day and it was going to cost $100 over what he himself had quoted me when he came in looked the first time???? REALLY??
Ok, so please install the light, which he did, said he would collect money later. He than texts me (that seems to be the only way to talk to him).. that I owe him $80 for dining room light install!!! WHAT?
You had quoted me $40!! Well, he told me that it cost a minimum service fee to come out... WAIT! I was going to cover that minimum when you came to the house to complete the 2 Jobs you were hired for.... now I have to cover service fee minimum because you could not do the job you quoted me you could do????????! BS!!
I also hired based on reviews and can't believe this guy gets away with coming out to quote, then change quote, then not do work, then charge more for the 1 thing he was able to do... ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!! Not to mention wasting 4 hours of my time and not completing work!

This is a 1st class contractor. It was the promptness in communication and professionalism that struck meet as extraordinary. I appreciate Alonso the owner's efficiency - text and emails are great with me as sources of documentation.

I had an electric panel replaced which was diagnosed as problematic by 3 different contractors. The difference, professionalism- I had confidence that I wasn't being sold unnecessary work after discussion with Alonzo.

The work was performed as explained and Alonzo's quoted price was fair. There was a very minor issue in the manner conduit was laid but quickly corrected to my satisfaction.

I'd certainly consider 75 Electric in the future.

I contacted this company because of their good Yelp rating. Initially I talked to Alonso on the phone and he was nice enough. However, after that, he seemed to prefer communicating with me via texts instead of calling me, which was frustrating, and it was difficult to get him to respond to my questions. He also didn't seem interested in giving me an exact time/date for service, and I had to text him several times.

For the actual service appointment, the technician (Allan) showed up late, didn't apologize, and wasn't particularly nice. He spent an hour working and then asked me for way too much money for one hour's work. I contacted Alonso, who gave me a slightly better price, but still too much. I won't be contacting these guys again.

Overall I'm kind of surprised that they have a 5 star rating.

Alonso discussed with me my options for a home electrical panel problem. He was professional and patient with my questions. He arrived promptly and was generous with his time. He presented options and then completed the work the same day. His assistant Allan completed the work as per the solution Alonso proposed. Allan was Proffesional and polite. Clean work and cleaned up after himself. Will definitely use again and recommend.

We needed assistance with troubleshooting as to why our kitchen's wall outlets were not working. Alonzo assessed the outlets and determined that we had a damaged breaker as well as a different outlet apparatus different than the one I had installed myself...which was tripping another outlet.

We really appreciated Alonzo calling us back so soon on the very day we need assistance an made time to stop by to start troubleshooting our needs. It was also determined that we had an older outdoor outlet that was in sorry shape and needed attention. Alonzo's associate came the following day to install that piece that is so much better and safer than the original one.

Great service, excellent response time and expertise with a fair price will have us returning to 75 Electric for our home's needs.

Alonso actually deserves 5+ stars. I've been calling him for the last 4 years since I moved to Long Beach. He has installed fans, added lights in the backyard and most recently he installed a solar monitoring system for us. He is the kind of guy you don't need to ask for an estimate first because you know he will give you a fair price and do a wonderful job. You should probably ask just so you know what to expect, but if you call Alonso, you really don't need to shop around.

I've given other reviews about my complete satisfaction with 75 Electric to other sites and was looking up their number just now to give to a neighbor, when I realized I've never ""Yelp"" reviewed Alonso, his crew and wonderful company.

Alonso is the ONLY electrician I have ever LOVED working with. Until I found him, I had plenty of really BAD electricians do shoddy work and charged me dearly for those ""lovely"" experiences. When I found Alonso's company I was of course skeptical, but desperate, so I took the plunge and called him. He's delightful, honest, trustworthy (I know, you're thinking Boy Scout at this point, right?) and just great to work with. His prices are fair for the quality of work he does and quite frankly, I don't want any cheap work done, just quality, which is why I am a devoted customer of Alonso and his company 75 Electric.

75 Electric did great service on my home. I had recessed lighting installed through out my home. Alonso came out and did a great job being thorough in explaining things to me. The pricing was the lowest I had found after calling for quotes around town. The job was performed quickly and done efficiently! I would definitely recommend 75 electric to anyone needing anything from a simple job to something complicated because they can handle anything!
