707 Plumbers mission statement is ""commitment to community"" and I was fortunate enough to experience their ""pay it forward"" generosity. I was in a panic when I found a leak in my front yard. I searched online for local plumbers and just happened to find a post on Nextdoor with positive after positive reviews of 707 Plumbers. I phoned them and my call was returned quickly. Jamie reassured me that I was in good hands and put me on a conference call with the owner. He walked me through what I could start doing myself in order to save money. He never made me feel stupid or incapable. I started digging. Joe was sent to complete the job and he worked harder than I could ever explain here. Each time he left, my yard was cleaner than when he arrived. He was communicative, kind, and dedicated to getting the job done right. After completion of the job, Joe and Justin came back to check all the interior faucets for residual sediment. I am telling everyone I can about my positive experience and I recommend this company without hesitation. I can't thank them enough. They went above and beyond my expectations and I will call them for all of my future plumbing needs.

I went to get into the shower and NO hot water! Had the pleasure of meeting Matt the owner of 707 Plumbers a couple of weeks before so I called them. Left a message on their phone and within 1/2 hour had a call back from Jamie. Jamie arranged to have someone stop by on their way home to see if it was a quick fix. In comes Billy..... My hot water heater is up in the attic (in a senior community no less), so Billy went up, did a quick inspection to make sure there were no leaks, relit the pilot light and hot water is coming soon! Billy explained a couple of things which might have caused the pilot light to go out and possible repairs if it happens again. No Charge because I was on his way home. Unheard of these days! I would highly recommend 707 Plumbers for their customer service, knowledge, honesty and integrity and they are truly community focused, people persons! Thank you 707 Plumbers I'll be using you again and recommending you to all!

I hired 707 Plumbers after hearing about many contributions they (owner Matt Duncan) have made to Sonoma County. Billy and his coworker completed several hours with of worth pipe replacements in my crawlspace. They were efficient, kind, talked knowledgely and gained my total confidence. Matt had Jamie at the office coordinate the particulars, and the guys went out of their way to show me how to fix an unrelated minor issue myself. I wouldn't even consider another company for future work. Great teamwork!
