Had an unexpected plumbing issue on a Friday of all things. Called early in the morning and was helped on the phone by a Josie who was very friendly and accommodating. They happened to have an appt that afternoon.
I was given a timeframe with thorough communication leading up to my timely appt. Jorge Meza (the plumber) called before arriving, was communicative, tidy, and professional.
They were also reasonably priced. I highly recommend and will use again.

As noted in another review: the experience from the first call to completion of work has been great. The office folks ARE kind, AND have a great sense of humor. Justin and the apprentice, Garrett were just here--on time, quick, friendly, efficient. Vendor/contractor interactions are more often than not these days NOT something you look forward to. That said, this was just smooth as silk and the quality of work appears outstanding. Really happy and will gladly be going back to 707P&E!!

After having an awesome experience with the 707 plumbers, we called the electric team to help us sort out our confusing electrical setup that we inherited from our home's former owners. Ryan spent a lot of time investigating, and helped us prioritize by Things that were dangerous and needed immediate attention, Things that were driving us crazy and we just wanted fixed, and things that were weird but could wait. Jonathan then showed up on time and tackled the list of work with professionalism, efficiency, patience and such a kind demeanor. Also shout out to Jamie and Josie who run a buttoned up shop with clear communication, kindness and a good sense of humor. We recommend 707 Electric 100%!

We've working with 707 Plumbers a couple times in the last year and will continue to use them. We had a few other plumbers that we've tried out but 707 is the best. Scheduling is super easy and friendly, they come out on time and quickly, very fast and efficient and always explain everything so thoroughly. We had Travis and Brian come out and they did a great job. They talked us through everything they did and gave us options for a larger problem we're facing. Fair priced and hardworking. I'm excited to hear they're offering electric now too!

Had an emergency pipe leak which Matthew - who was very informative and polite - diagnosed and repaired within 24 hours of the initial call.
Cost of repair was less than I expected. This was the best experience I have had with a repair company in a very long time. I would very highly recommend 707 Plumbers and give more than 5 stars if I could.

Yesterday George came and looked at my water heater, turns out it needed to be replaced. Today Justin came and installed my new water heater. Both guys did a great job explaining things to me. This company takes care of all my Plumbing needs. They are quick to respond, knowable and great people.

Justin continued the excellent service we've had from 707 Plumbers. Justin came out and quickly replaced a leaking Pressure Reduction Valve and then replaced a toilet valve.

In 30+ years living in Santa Rosa, we've had five plumbers, but 707 Plumbers has been the most professional. In their prior job for us it took a team to do the repairs and replacements. Everyone on the team was courteous, their work was precise and professional, and they left clean work area. We have been very happy with results from 707 Plumbers. They do seem on the high end in price, but they are also the highest quality.
