When a Superintendent reveals their lack of decent interpersonal skills to new customers upon 1.) introductory communication over the phone [heard via their use of words/conduct of speech] and then during 2.) initial in-person contact [seen via management of their behaviors/actions]; for me, this signals a leader whose work ethic has yet to mature. My only requirement/expectation for employees of a business is for them to show basic, common decency toward both their customers and coworkers alike.
First and foremost, it's simple: be a good human, even if that means you gotta ""work hard"" rather than only ""smart.""
It doesn't matter how much value and quality is in the products a worker produces; pay no attention to how skilled/educated they claim to be in their field...maybe they are! However, if you were raised and trained to practice your skills with intentions that honor and embody the essence of a well-rounded work ethic, I suggest going a different route with someone other than Ikaika S. for your electrical needs.

Worst customer service ever. Scheduled an appointment, gave my wife attitude over the phone then when they got to my house they told me I had to reschedule and got pissy because my landscaper was here also. Ikaika S. Practice some aloha instead of coming at someone sideways. Now that it's your scheduled time to be here and my landscape rs have left you've already created issues and left and not here at your scheduled time like your supposed to be. Great way to represent your company.. good job bud. Must be the owner because attitude like yours towards customers I'd have you in the unemployment line. May I suggest some online schooling towards business management and customer care.. have a great day.

Contracted Kai at 7 Star Electric to install a 15 PV panel system with Enphase inverters and 10kW battery storage. All of the work 7 Star perfomed was impeccably done and so clean. As the job pictures show, they even do great work where people usually won't bother to look for (in the attic, under panel racks and behind panel covers). This is what makes his work so exceptional. Without any hesitation, we will be using him for all of our jobs in the future. They are deserving of a 7 Star review just like the name of the company! AAA+++ the best!

Hi Kai is one of the most accomplished electricians I've ever met. I have worked at several different solar companies and they have all worked with him. He has also done work at my personal house and he and his team posses impeccable workmanship and professionalism. Specializing in major meter service upgrades he always gets the job done right (legally) and as timely as possible. He is friendly and will tell you straight what is needed. I would 1000% recommend him to others.
