If you're checking out this business because of all the incredible reviews, I can tell you that you can believe each and everyone of them. Bruce and his crew member came out to my house on very short notice and did an incredible job! They both worked together quickly and efficiently. What I loved most is how professional and caring they were. I couldn't be happier. Worth every penny and would highly recommend. If you need electricians, they are your guys!

We were new to the area in a brand new home. We had no idea who to contact to install some ceiling fans. I Googled and looked at Yelp and, based on reviews, chose 5 Star. I was not disappointed. They did a great job! On time and they came in under the estimate. I just scheduled them to come out to switch out some other fixtures. I highly recommend them.

5 Star Electric was here for two days to install outlets behind 3 TVs, 2 new outdoor outlets, and 5 wall sconces. We are so pleased with their work! Communication was stellar from the start thanks to Debbi, who patiently handled several revisions of the project and the contract. The two guys that actually did the work, Greg and Hector, were total professionals who showed up on time, took pride in their work, kept me updated on the schedule, and even damp-mopped the floor when cleaning up! We were also impressed that Bruce, the owner, came out to the site early on to go over the tasks with them. I work from home and was a little concerned my productivity would be affected, but there was no disruption. We highly recommend 5 Star Electric and have already invited them back to handle some outdoor electrical needs later this summer.

There's not much to say when you give a 5 star rating but Bruce and 5 star electric are amazing. Quick and timely response rate. Reached out after hours on a Friday but early Monday morning 5 Star contacted me to book an appointment. Next day my problem was fixed in a hour and I received honest recommendations for the future. Not your typical over charge and unnecessary recommendations but recommendations that ultimately saves money and provides a safer environment for my family. I have found my go to electric service. Bruce and his team were amazing! They replaced all the lights in house with recessed LEDs, rewired the lines outside, installed new transformers, put in Malibu lights, and a lot of other stuff that is way over my head, but he knew exactly what to do to get my new house ship-shape! If you are looking for someone professional, timely, and dedicated to getting your job done, definitely hire 5 Star Electric!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! I have no idea how they got ANY 5-star reviews, maybe friends and family? It certainly wasn't what I experienced. Bruce, the owner, was unprofessional and extremely rude, once the job was over. I had to call back and request he come back out because of a problem with the installation. He got a nasty tone in his voice and was very rude, continually talked over me and would not let me explain the problem. When I finally could speak, he just made excuses one after another about why he didn't feel he needed to come back and complete the work. He has very poor communication skills, and no follow-up, just left us hanging. We will never use this company again and I'm letting everyone know what my experience with them was like.
