Great experience with William. I called the Friday evening before Memorial Day weekend, so really did not have high hopes of reaching anyone (as I had already called 3 other companies and got voicemail, which I expected.) I was worried about a possible electrical issue on a home being purchased for my parents. He talked through different possibilities of what it may be and how much repairs may cost if needed. I called him again Tuesday morning as my option period was coming to a close. He was booked but said he had a short opportunity around 9am. I wasn't able to get back in time, and he ended up just going by the house as he was near another job and checking things out. I was so grateful he took the time to do that, as I did not expect it. Turns out everything was fine and no repairs were needed. I wanted to pay him a call fee and he said it wasn't necessary. I'm so grateful for the advice, the time on the phone, and the extra care he gave me - a random caller with no previous relationship to him or the company, and someone he didn't even earn revenue for helping that day. 4M is the first company I will be calling for any future electric work, and I will be recommending them to friends and family in the area as well.

I strongly recommend this company, if you look for a reliable service, polite, professional and hardworking electricians. They did not even show up in time, they also finished the job in excellent quality in an efficiently time frame and cleaned up afterwards for a very fair price.

This is a family business with father and son working together. They are flexible, listen, know their trade. They do fantastic work at very fair prices, and they do it right! Thry clean up their space when they're done and the whole time you know what is going on. The bid was very clear itemized and explained. They didn't try to cut corners, and they were recommended to me by an electric supply house. You can't ask for better! I will use them again when I'm ready to upgrade my service.
