Called day after Hurricane Sally came through and John came over the same day! We had a bad surge protector that was tripping the breaker. John fixed it and didn't charge us anything!!! We will only use 4 Seasons Electrical guys! Best customer service ever!

We had this company come out and put on a 30amp outlet for our RV and a separate outlet for our spa. They were very professional and did an awesome job, Jon was so nice the first time.

We are having our bathroom remodeled, called the company again to come out to give a quote, Jon was very RUDE and unprofessional from the first phones call. He called back about 2 hrs later and said he would come out to give us a quote after telling us he would not do the work that they were 6 weeks out and the moment he arrived to give a quote, he was as rude as anything and then when my wife started to ask questions, he said he was unable to do the work and walked out. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL TO ANYONE! Find someone else to complete your electrical work.

I called and spoke with ""John"". I explained I needed an electrician because my homeowners warranty company couldn't find one due to the pandemic. I let him know that he would have to call my homeowners warranty company prior to let them know he was licensed and insured. He said he ""wasn't interested in doing business with out-of-state companies"". I explained that he would be doing business for me, but that he just needed to confirm that he was licensed and insured to the warranty company so I could get reimbursed for the services. And again in a rude tone he said ""ma'am I'm not interested in doing business with an out-of-state company, what is it that you do not understand"". I was flabbergasted that a business owner could be so rude. I told him I would be sure to leave a review about how rude he was and hung up. He called me back and left a voicemail saying ""he has the right to refuse service to anybody he wants"". He said when I write my review or go on FB to be sure that I am loosely about what I say so he can hire an attorney. He said I threatened him but I have the voicemail of his threat to hire an attorney. I'm in shock that anybody would speak to a potential customer in this way. Not to mention a lady. Disrespectful and rude is a complete understatement. I know Todd Copeland and he's a great guy and I'm so shocked he would work for someone like this. After reading all these reviews I am no longer shocked with how rude he was to me.

Owner Jon was RUDE and wouldn't even let me send pictures - he was very rude and when I told him nevermind I'll find someone else - he just hung up the phone on me like he didn't give a rats ass about losing my business -

I'm a no-nonsense, get to the point guy, and these guys won me over. The first job, a few years ago was to convert from 110v to a 230v. I recently hired them again. This team is quick, professional, and fun. John, the owner, came out for an estimate--he's a no-BS kind of guy, straight to the point--and less expensive than every other estimate. Three electricians showed up to perform my work, hook up a 230v hot tub--and one of the electricians was the newest employee--hired 16 1/2 years ago. These guys get along, take care of one another, and can crack a joke on the boss, all while having fun, completing a professional job, and top quality work! 4-Seasons is now my Electrical go-to guys.

Showed up on time and explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. They were friendly. They cleaned up when they were finished replacing our dated electrical panel. They charged exactly the amount quoted. We were impressed and pleased with this contractor.

John from this company is downright rude and completely unprofessional.

If my family relied on our livelihood for customer service and I behaved like this, my family would be eating dog food. If this is how one behaves before they have my money, I needn't imagine how they behave afterwards.

I read some good reviews on here. I am also sure that Charles Manson was probably nice to a few people in his life, but was probably not a very nice person to most. I will definitely not use this company, not a good risk.

I called them because they did electrical work on our newly built detached garage 9 years ago. Stated I would like 5 new receptacles in our 1950's home. They still had our address in computer, but John Goddard was headed to Shalimar instead of FWB. Response time was good, but when John Goddard arrived he seemed to be in a hurry. We discussed/ showed him the rooms for new receptacles. He said he would have to go into attic to look at existing wiring. When we got to the location of the last place for a receptacle he said ""I can't do the work and that he was leaving."" Walked from the back bedroom so fast we didn't get a chance to respond to his comment or walk him to the front door. Very odd and totally rude! Not a professional way to act towards customers. Won't call them again and suggest no one call them for service. I'm a 24 year AF retiree/veteran and when asked I will tell other military people to avoid him.

I am with everyone else on here. John is very rude. I guess if you can get past that then have at it, but unless you can guarantee him the work over the phone without a price and tell him that you will pay him as soon as the work is done then he passes on the job. Must be nice to have that much business that you turn away everyone at the drop of a hat.

Called to leave a message to book an electrician John answered and could not have been ruder Would NEVER call them or use their company ! Definitely don't waste your time on calling VERY VERY RUDE !!
