I'm not from here and needed a quote/work done regarding changing gas range to electric. I called Four Seasons and a few hours later the owner, John showed up. Come to find out the house was already plummed for what I needed and John wouldn't accept payment for coming out. He advised me on what to do and went above and beyond. It's nice to know there are still great people out there like Four Seasons Electric that aren't trying to take advantage of people. I highly recommend anyone that needs electrical work to call them.

Very quick and professional service, John was awesome. He spoke with me on the phone the day before to thoroughly discuss my problem, then made sure I had everything I needed to be prepared for a home visit. He showed up ready to go and with a game plan, and maximized his time here. The whole thing took less than an hour, which I appreciated. Very pleased with the service and result!

I received excellent same day service. The operator was very pleasant and kind and assisted me in basic troubleshooting before sending the electrician out.

The electrician came out and fixed everything extremely fast. He was really nice and very personable.

We all know that feeling that comes with having to make a phone call to have someone come and do work on either a house or a car or any type of repair. Usually, I find myself looking for the company with the smallest track record of causing customers to pull out their hair. However, these guys left me knowing that any other electrical work that I need done will be quickly and expertly by them. I called them up and told them the issue and was told that their guys were currently out on the job but I would get a call back. I said as long as I got a 30 minute notice I could be available at the house. About 45 minutes later I got a call and they were there 30 minutes after that. They were able to quickly solve the issue and also took the time to take care of a nagging issue I had to guess which switch to turn on and which switch to turn off to turn on a hallway light. That second issue was completely impromptu and just part of random conversation. Their prices we're great and there was Zero hassle. I will definitely use their services again if needed and highly suggest you do the same.

RUDE!!! I recently purchased a home and needed some of the electrical issues fixed which came up in the inspection report. Explained that to the man that answered the phone (assuming it was the owner) and he interrupted me and said ""I don't get involved in real estate deals."" I explained that we are no longer in a real estate deal and that I also wanted to get a quote on a kitchen remodel. He interrupted again and said ""You obviously can't hear me. I. AM. NOT. INTERESTED. IN. YOUR. BUSINESS."" He then hung up. I was in shock. How is this guy even still in business? The other 5 star reviews must either be relatives of the owner or employees because I can't imagine that this company could get 5 stars!

I just tried to call to set up someone coming out to give me a quote on a home I have--I asked if he could come out, and before I even got anything out of my mouth he said I am not accepting any more work. Hung up on me mid-sentance Hope their wiring is better than their customer service

I called and spoke to John, who was very rude and unhelpful. I was wanting to get a quote on updating the electrical system in a home we were under contract to purchase, but John interrupted me and was very condescending. He didn't want to offer any kind of solution other than to re-wire the entire house, and he couldn't even provide me a ballpark quote for that. Basically, he sounded like he didn't want the work, which is fine, because he certainly won't be getting it.

I just tried to call to set up someone coming out to give me a quote on a home I am buying, fella asked me what I needed done, I started to explain previous homeowner did work and before I even got anything else out of my mouth...he said I'm not interested if homeowner did the work because I assume the liability. I do understand that, however I was looking to have this all ripped out and redone properly including upgrading the load center....so because you wouldn't even let me speak you just cost your company a $10,000-$15,000 job Thank you
