I called them because they did electrical work on our newly built detached garage 9 years ago. Stated I would like 5 new receptacles in our 1950's home. They still had our address in computer, but John Goddard was headed to Shalimar instead of FWB. Response time was good, but when John Goddard arrived he seemed to be in a hurry. We discussed/ showed him the rooms for new receptacles. He said he would have to go into attic to look at existing wiring. When we got to the location of the last place for a receptacle he said ""I can't do the work and that he was leaving."" Walked from the back bedroom so fast we didn't get a chance to respond to his comment or walk him to the front door. Very odd and totally rude! Not a professional way to act towards customers. Won't call them again and suggest no one call them for service. I'm a 24 year AF retiree/veteran and when asked I will tell other military people to avoid him.

I am with everyone else on here. John is very rude. I guess if you can get past that then have at it, but unless you can guarantee him the work over the phone without a price and tell him that you will pay him as soon as the work is done then he passes on the job. Must be nice to have that much business that you turn away everyone at the drop of a hat.

Called to leave a message to book an electrician John answered and could not have been ruder Would NEVER call them or use their company ! Definitely don't waste your time on calling VERY VERY RUDE !!

I'm not from here and needed a quote/work done regarding changing gas range to electric. I called Four Seasons and a few hours later the owner, John showed up. Come to find out the house was already plummed for what I needed and John wouldn't accept payment for coming out. He advised me on what to do and went above and beyond. It's nice to know there are still great people out there like Four Seasons Electric that aren't trying to take advantage of people. I highly recommend anyone that needs electrical work to call them.

Very quick and professional service, John was awesome. He spoke with me on the phone the day before to thoroughly discuss my problem, then made sure I had everything I needed to be prepared for a home visit. He showed up ready to go and with a game plan, and maximized his time here. The whole thing took less than an hour, which I appreciated. Very pleased with the service and result!

I received excellent same day service. The operator was very pleasant and kind and assisted me in basic troubleshooting before sending the electrician out.

The electrician came out and fixed everything extremely fast. He was really nice and very personable.

We all know that feeling that comes with having to make a phone call to have someone come and do work on either a house or a car or any type of repair. Usually, I find myself looking for the company with the smallest track record of causing customers to pull out their hair. However, these guys left me knowing that any other electrical work that I need done will be quickly and expertly by them. I called them up and told them the issue and was told that their guys were currently out on the job but I would get a call back. I said as long as I got a 30 minute notice I could be available at the house. About 45 minutes later I got a call and they were there 30 minutes after that. They were able to quickly solve the issue and also took the time to take care of a nagging issue I had to guess which switch to turn on and which switch to turn off to turn on a hallway light. That second issue was completely impromptu and just part of random conversation. Their prices we're great and there was Zero hassle. I will definitely use their services again if needed and highly suggest you do the same.

RUDE!!! I recently purchased a home and needed some of the electrical issues fixed which came up in the inspection report. Explained that to the man that answered the phone (assuming it was the owner) and he interrupted me and said ""I don't get involved in real estate deals."" I explained that we are no longer in a real estate deal and that I also wanted to get a quote on a kitchen remodel. He interrupted again and said ""You obviously can't hear me. I. AM. NOT. INTERESTED. IN. YOUR. BUSINESS."" He then hung up. I was in shock. How is this guy even still in business? The other 5 star reviews must either be relatives of the owner or employees because I can't imagine that this company could get 5 stars!

I just tried to call to set up someone coming out to give me a quote on a home I have--I asked if he could come out, and before I even got anything out of my mouth he said I am not accepting any more work. Hung up on me mid-sentance Hope their wiring is better than their customer service
