Reasonable quote for hooking up my dryer to the 220V outlet that was much farther (quotes for some other work not so reasonable). Just finished, so don't know how good the work was. Will run couple of laundry loads and try it out. Had to make some holes in the wall and ceiling, so will need to check for leaks after rains.

-1 star because I had to constantly go after them to schedule, get a reply on questions etc.
Also, they got onto my stacked washer/dryer to reach the ceiling, there was no other way, but I would have appreciated a heads-up. They used the existing piping in the garage for support while climbing up, it wasn't very comforting to watch.

Will use their services again.

They may be good electricians, but I don't know because they didn't show up or call to let me know they weren't coming. They had a scheduled appointment, a 2-hour window...I called after that window closed, left my information, and asked them to call if they didn't want/couldn't do the job. It is now two hours later and I've heard nothing from them. Shows me they're not reliable and I don't intend to waste any more of my time waiting. There are a lot of electricians out there who DO good work, DO keep appointments, and DO phone if there's a problem. These aren't those electricians.

I have issues with using too many appliances within the same outlet and I thought my electrical needs attention. Batres called me and explain the problem and asked if I can re-arrange my appliance so that it won't use much as one or upgrade to 20 amp CB from 15 amp.

I needed an electrician to look at my electrical panel since my breaker switch kept flipping in my condo but had been holding off since the pandemic hit. I'd sent a bunch of electricians messages explaining the situation and even some pictures to hopefully give them a preview of the situation. I really didn't want someone having to make several trips or potentially not having the right parts on the initial service call. Augustine and 4 Brothers was the only company that actually asked for pictures and responded with a reasonable rate and intent to actually swap out the breaker switch. Every other company pretty much responded with a standard canned answer that they would only send someone out to take a look and with a pricey service call fee just to start. I understand it's not reasonable to expect an accurate quote without a proper assessment of the situation, but I had a pretty good description of the issue and fairly certain I just needed a breaker switch replacement.

Glad I went with 4 Brothers, Augustine gave me several windows to schedule an appt, and he was punctual and masked. He remembered our online exchange and my description of the issue, worked quickly, and spent time explaining what he thought might have gone wrong afterwards. After testing it out and checking the loads, we were both pretty satisfied that the issue was resolved, but he made sure to mention that the work was covered for a 1 year warranty and give him a call if anything happened since he was familiar with the situation now. Great experience for me, I'd use them again.

Reliable and reasonable cost. Did panel upgrade - they worked with city and pge to coordinate everything. All work done professionally. Have decided to get their service for future work as well.
