My husband and I were very pleased with the quality and service from 3R. One of our plugs had a loose wire which caused the entire circuit to fail. This required Rey to troubleshoot until he found the exact plug that had caused the problem. We appreciated his attention to detail and reasonable prices and would absolutely use 3R's services again.

So absolutely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my son's dangerous outlet immediately and even showed us what he did so if we decided to do the same thing to other outlets in our home we could. He was fair priced and was so honest about work he could do for us but if we wanted to do it ourselves to save some money we could do that as well. I realize how important money is to a business but always appreciate it when the business is not ALL about money. I'd recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

I heard about 3R Electric through Chevrolet, since I recently got a Chevy Volt and I needed to check my electrical circuits to potentially install a fast charging station at home. There were some local electricians but since Chevrolet said they have worked with 3R before, I figured he'll be able to answer my questions pertaining to my car. When Rey showed up, he was very informative since I had a ton of questions for him and very thorough with his job. Since other electricians I had called up asked about $100 bucks for them to check my circuits, I was expecting to pay about that much but instead he thanked me for my service for being in the military and told me it was on him. I was so caught off guard and couldn't make him take any payment. I will definitely be calling him up if I decide to install a charging station. Good karma on him.

I had a lot of little electrical problems around my 37 y.o. house--dying florescent fixtures, dead GFI plugs, etc. Rey replaced the GFI's (one was in inside GFI used outside), relocated a plug on my screen porch from inside to outside, moved an outside GFI & installed a new LED light fixture in my laundry room. All the work was done promptly, and except that everything worked again, you could not tell that any work was done. I appreciated that he cleaned up any mess that he made, even taking away the items that he removed and replaced.

I will be calling Rey at 3R Electric the next time I need electrical items repaired.

3R was awesome. The best part about Rey Ramirez was his communication. He was very clear about what he was going to do, he asked me lots of questions, and we were able to make decisions together. He was prompt and finished the job when he said he would.

It's never easy to spend a chunk of money, especially when you think your system should be working in the first place, but I didn't mind writing a check for well-performed work. I have already recommended Rey to my friends.

We had been looking around for an electrician for some time. An unexpected surprised birthday gift--a hot tub necessitated the need for an electrician and a friedn suggested 3 R Electric. Rey came out and gave us a free estimate. He offered a good suggestion which would cost more but clearly was the way to go. We decided to do the trenching ourselves which was fine with Rey.

The results were outstanding.

Top notch electrician. Glad we found Rey as we have been in need of an electrician for a long time. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and clearly knows his business. He brings lots of energy to the job and is a very pleasant person. He works hard and tells you the truth. He offers suggestions for the best outcome without being pushy. Worth every penny we paid him.

We are very cautious customers and Rey far exceeded our exacting standards. He is our electrician now and we highly recommend him.

After the outlet job was finished we asked if he could look at our electric gate which had been malfunctioning. We had been unable to determine the problem and were getting worried because the winter rains would soon be coming. The gate company charges $275 just to come out and make an assessment. Rey took a look and in a few minutes able to identify the problem He gave us a reasonable quote to fix it and we took it. Rey went off to Home Depot and picked up the items he needed and was able to fix it by early afternoon.

We found Rey at 3R electric after some disappointing experiences with other electricians... and wow, what a difference! Rey responds quickly to calls, gives a great diagnosis, gets work done fast, charges a reasonable rate, and honors his quotes. I never thought I'd say this about a contractor, but we trust him!!!

Our short sale/foreclosure home was in terrible shape, with a lot of work not done to code and a lot of mysterious malfunctions. Rey has done everything at our place from straightforward PG&E hookup installs, to re-doing improperly sized and malfunctioning circuits/outlets, to detective work on sources of stray voltage (scary!).

Our dog now recognizes Rey's truck before he even gets out. If only we could find a plumber this good...

Another positive experience with Rey at 3R. He was booked out on another project but offered an evening appt. Gave him a chance to display his legacy-wiring-rats-nest-in-the-attic debug skills. Impressive how he was able to quickly sort out the mess made by former homeowners and string up some new 3-way romex connections. Also displayed expert Tetris skills in fitting all the new wiring into the existing box. Highly recommend.
