Called to make an appointment for some minor electrical work to be done around the house such as hanging new exterior light fixtures and changing old exterior electrical receptacles. Never got a call back. Demonstrates terrible customer service and lack of professionalism. Would not recommend.

Rey installed an electrical vehicle charging station at our house today. Everything about him and his work was excellent. He first came to our house to do a free inspection and estimation. His bid for the installation of the charging station was considerably lower then another electrician who also bid on the project. On the day of the installation he arrived promptly at the time he said he would, he did the installation quickly and professionally, and afterward he took the time to explain to my wife and I several details about the charging station and electric vehicles in general. In summary, he was competent, professional, knowledgeable, and just seemed like a really nice guy. I would definitely hire him again.

I found Rey (owner of 3R) because of all the great Yelp reviews. They were right. He is safe, knowledgeable, fast, and reasonably priced. He came out to inspect the system and diagnose the problem in the morning. By the afternoon, he had the parts and installed them. His level of skills allowed the job to be done without disconnecting from the grid, saving time and avoiding hassles. We'll call Rey again if we have another electrical challenge at this fixer-upper house.

My husband and I were very pleased with the quality and service from 3R. One of our plugs had a loose wire which caused the entire circuit to fail. This required Rey to troubleshoot until he found the exact plug that had caused the problem. We appreciated his attention to detail and reasonable prices and would absolutely use 3R's services again.

So absolutely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my son's dangerous outlet immediately and even showed us what he did so if we decided to do the same thing to other outlets in our home we could. He was fair priced and was so honest about work he could do for us but if we wanted to do it ourselves to save some money we could do that as well. I realize how important money is to a business but always appreciate it when the business is not ALL about money. I'd recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

I heard about 3R Electric through Chevrolet, since I recently got a Chevy Volt and I needed to check my electrical circuits to potentially install a fast charging station at home. There were some local electricians but since Chevrolet said they have worked with 3R before, I figured he'll be able to answer my questions pertaining to my car. When Rey showed up, he was very informative since I had a ton of questions for him and very thorough with his job. Since other electricians I had called up asked about $100 bucks for them to check my circuits, I was expecting to pay about that much but instead he thanked me for my service for being in the military and told me it was on him. I was so caught off guard and couldn't make him take any payment. I will definitely be calling him up if I decide to install a charging station. Good karma on him.

I had a lot of little electrical problems around my 37 y.o. house--dying florescent fixtures, dead GFI plugs, etc. Rey replaced the GFI's (one was in inside GFI used outside), relocated a plug on my screen porch from inside to outside, moved an outside GFI & installed a new LED light fixture in my laundry room. All the work was done promptly, and except that everything worked again, you could not tell that any work was done. I appreciated that he cleaned up any mess that he made, even taking away the items that he removed and replaced.

I will be calling Rey at 3R Electric the next time I need electrical items repaired.

3R was awesome. The best part about Rey Ramirez was his communication. He was very clear about what he was going to do, he asked me lots of questions, and we were able to make decisions together. He was prompt and finished the job when he said he would.

It's never easy to spend a chunk of money, especially when you think your system should be working in the first place, but I didn't mind writing a check for well-performed work. I have already recommended Rey to my friends.
