This company clearly doesn't care about the customer nor have time to answer the phone. We have called multiple times with the phone going directly to voicemail only to receive a message of FULL mailbox. Don't bother to waste your time like we did. We do NOT recommend them AT ALL!! Going elsewhere for the best customer service.

I called 3D electric on 6/7 to schedule an appointment. Dana answered and said he would call back the next day. He did not. I called on 6/10 to make an appointment. Dana answered and scheduled me for the afternoon of 6/18. I took a day off work to be at home when he arrived. At 4pm I tried to call him to find out what time he was going to show up. He did not answer. His voice mail was full. If you are going to schedule an appointment, show up for it or call to reschedule. It is incredibly disrespectful to be a no show. I am pissed off that I wasted a vacation day waiting around for this yahoo.
