I remodeled my backyard last year with an upgrade on the patio. I had patio lights, fountains, ceiling fans and additional outlets installed. I called 360 Electric and they came out and gave me a great quote and I hired them. The installation went smoothly and Jeff's crew was very polite and professional.
I recently bought a spa and called on them again to do the electrical work. Jeff's crew, led by Jack was great again. They arrived everyday on time and worked hard. My job was a little more complicated and required a bit more ingenuity. However, Jack was able to work it out and the job was done in 2 days. He was very polite and the consummate professional. He made sure to explain everything and point out any changes. At the end of the workday, Jack made sure the entire area was cleaned and washed down. If you want a job done right the first time, you should call 360 Electric for all of your electrical needs. I consider myself a part of the 360 Electric family and will be using them for future electrical projects.

Needed my bathroom wiring redone. I have no knowledge when it comes to electrical work but i guessed the wiring was overheating because I could smell something burning in the room. Jeff and his team rewired my bathroom and may have prevented a potential fire. They were quick and very reasonably priced. Thanks Jeff and 360!

So I've been using 360 Electric for my gate motor since 2012. That was my first gate. Then 4 years later, someone broke my gate motor by forcing his entry through the gate. When I called Jeff, he said the bracket was bent and had to be replaced. I expressed my concern that my gate motor would be broken again if there's nothing to secure the gate, so Jeff offered an electronic latch that worked with my gate motor. The latch failed a couple of times, but 360 Electric came back to check & fix it until it is working. The last time the latch failed to open, 360 Electric came back out and was able to fix it without me even being home. As far as their responsiveness to calls, I think it is a bit better. At least they are responding to my texts. Sometimes the technician still failed to show up at the appointment time but when I texted Jeff, he'd try to figure out what happened, and then the next day, the technician would come. I feel like we are either good friends or family by now since I had to call them so many times to come back to fix my gate motor or the electronic latch.

After calling numerous times still haven't been able to get a repair man to repair work 360 electric did on installing motors on our vinyl gates. From the beginning of the project Jeff was difficult to work with missing appointments when promising to show up. The project took a lot longer to complete because of the fact no one followed through. Jeff was such a scatter brain throughout the entire process, I really don't know how he's a productive business owner. We moved into a brand new house with very modern electrical wiring and Jeff didn't know how to work our system to run electricity to the motors for the gates. We had to hire another company to finish the work because his workmanship was under par and not up to date with the newest technology. If you get vinyl gates form Vinyl Fence Depot do not go with their recommendation of 360 electric, someone must get a kick back on the referral.

360 Electric is currently repairing an issue with the fence and I appreciate their willingness to do so.

OK, As far as knowledge, workmanship and friendliness I would rate them a 5 star. However as far as responsiveness and timeliness after sale support I regrettably must rate them a 1. They installed two gate operators at our home of which one stopped working 3 weeks ago, left them a friendly message requesting service for 2 weeks without any returned call. One Friday morning a tech showed up without prior notice and eventually found that a card needed to be replaced. He spoke with the supplier and was told it was in stock and therefore would be returning on Monday to install it. Monday came and went and again I left a message... Tuesday left a message... Wednesday left a message... as of this posting still awaiting a return call??? Again, it is really unfortunate cause Jeff really knows his stuff and very helpful, if he can be reached.

I love Jeff's personalized service. I love that I can text or call him and I get a response quite rapidly. His prices are good and fair. I always feel like the job gets completed in a timely manner and has come back to fix things I didn't like at no charge. He has worked on my home on 3 projects AND, as a realtor, I have used him for inspections for my buyers ($99!!!) and to protect my sellers when buyers try to take advantage of cost for repairs. Jeff has saved my butt and made me $$ :)
I highly recommend him and I really like that I feel like I'm dealing with a friend, not a sleazy, dirty laboror.

Just had 360 Electric come out for an emergency repair. The guy that answered the phone was very helpful and guided me through some steps to try and avoid an after hours charge. I told him that I didn't care and they came out within an hour. It ended up being a bad breaker and they replaced it with a new one. I think the price was more than fair. I actually thought it was going to be a lot higher. They said they would rather keep me as a long term customer instead of ripping me off. That makes me feel confident about them seeing that I am a single woman that usually relies on referrals. I would definitely use them again.

I just used 360 Electric to troubleshoot our laundry machines in our business. They were on time and found the problem within 20 minutes. Charged me a fair price and I was up and running. Will use again and recommend.

I have been using 360 Electric for my 28 unit apartment building for the past 4 years and before I found Jeff and the boys I was going through electricians like underwear. Jeff came by and assessed the needs of the building right away, the first bid was exactly what I was looking for and didn't have to worry about haggling back and forth.
360 Electric replaced every single sub panel for the building, worked on some of the lighting around the building and even ran a whole new line when one of my units wasn't getting electricity from the main. All was done professionally, expediently and most important to many... at a great price!
