Found 3 Phaze Electric on yelp and decided to trust this company based on reviews. OC did not disappoint! He was so very kind and knowledgeable. He fixed our lighting electrical problem in a timely manner. Highly recommend this business. I'll definitely be utilizing their services in the future. Very reasonably priced as well.

Phoned on a Tuesday for an estimate, came that Thursday. Said he would email the estimate and work could begin the following Thursday. No email arrived. Wrote a message that was ignored. Telephoned and was asked if he could call back in a few minutes. That was days ago. Maybe blowing me off because it was a small job? Why not tell me that up front without this hassle and wasting my time? Very disappointed, as we have used him in the past and were very happy--so happy we called him again. Going with someone else.

Found them through the Nextdoor app and went on Yelp to see their reviews. While they only had a few reviews, they were all five stars and for good reason. I was able to talk to O.C. right away and he was able to fit me in his schedule a week out. He was very communicative through text and was able to actually come out a couple days earlier than scheduled. He was able to solve our issues (burnt wires in the electrical panel and wrong size amp as well; who knows what the previous owners were trying to do) that same day. Will definitely be using them when we need electrical help and will refer anyone who asks
