Very promptly replied to my yelp query. (One other company said they could not come out until the middle of next week!) Power was off to half my house. Luis was able to come out same day, within 2 hours. He was able to verify that the problem was that one hot leg leading to my main breaker was down, which means the utility company had to fix it. He even offered to cut my price since there wasn't much for him to do. He also spent some extra time looking up the rules for me on the utility company's responsibilities so I knew that I wouldn't have to pay for fixing the line. Much appreciated!

3 Guys Insulation cleaned out my old and blew in new insulation, put radiant barrier on the inside my roof and made a cover for my pulldown stairway opening. This work was done in January, 2016. Six years later I am still very pleased with the work and performance of the materials. I did stay home and inspected the work as it was done. Any request I made was followed. I got a quality job at an affordable price.

I hired 3 Guys Last March to remove existing Cellulose insulation and replace it. Luis recommended Fiberglass. I made it clear that insulation was not my actual concern, but that my issue was in having the insulation circulating inside the living space because my attic had never been sealed properly allowing insulation to pull though the walls when the AC/Heat runs and I was having health issues because of it. Additionally I wanted to add some plywood decking to a portion of the attic for storage. Luis said it would take three days, Remove Clean, Seal and Replace. He said he would add guards at the soffit vents also which I did not have and needed. Overall seemed very knowledgeable. I was very excited. I had saved a very long time to have this done. WELL..... At the end of the first day... the team left and I asked what time they would be back tomorrow.. He said, oh, we're done. I just thought, well ok. So it was a week or so later that I went up in the attic and noticed that they did not use plywood that I was charged for, but chipboard. Also they had decked part of the area with some rustic boards that were stored in the attic that were actually part of a shelving system. They didn't ask me at all. Frustrated, but let it pass. But then I removed some boards that I had previously put in an area for storage and had boxes sitting on them. The guys at the time of service said thy did not need to be moved that they would run the hose under them and clean that way. Well, they did not. When I removed them there was still old insulation there.. SO I called Luis and he sent them out to redo that area. They also at that time added the guards at the vents which they forgot to do the first time. I mentioned the plywood also but Luis never addressed that. THEN I started noticing that I was now having all this new fiberglass insulation all over my house. It is SOOO MUCH WORSE. We went in the attic and started removing the boards they had put in the attic BECAUSE they laid them directly on Electrical wires AND guess what ABSOLUTELY NO insulation under all the areas they put decking. AND they did not seal the attic!!!! Maybe a few light fixtures, but missed several and did not seal ANY of the top caps along the Walls. AND THEN...It warmed enough to start using the AC, and I started noticing it shutting off so I called MY ac guy... my ducts were collapsed!! they had broken several straps that hold the ducting up. And This was all brand new the ducts had also just been replaced for this same reason. They were full of all that old insulation dust. So they were not damaged when those guys were in there. This duct repair cost me $550. I emailed Luis twice now with photos and asked him to come back and seal my attic. He has not responded at all.

So we had contacted Three Guys insulation for a estimate to so close cell foam under my home. The owner gave me a price for removing the existing roll insulation of $1,500.00 and 3,800 do close cell 2"" spray foam under the house. Well he never came out to do a in person visual instead he used google maps for the sq ft thats how he came to the amount, but I stated are you sure you don't want to come and look at the job in person. The money was agreed to on both sides and date schedule to do the work. I had to reschedule due to being out of town for work. Now he wants to come out and do a walk through which he did today 7/26/21 at 6:40 pm at this point I'm totally confused. Why do a walk though if you have already bid on the job which you agree to???? So now he wants to charge me an additional $500.00 for a 3x3 space. Wasted my time....this is bad business practice. If you give and estimate and both party's agree to the price its a done deal. You can't come back and ask for more money because you under priced the job.

I was having issues keeping upstairs where my baby sleeps at a decent temperature. I messaged them on yelp and they got back to me the same day. Owner came out on a Sunday to give me an estimate and the price was very fair. They installed a radiant barrier and some insulation and my problem is fixed, in fact it's actually colder upstairs than downstairs now. Quality work, great priced, and a very easy company to deal with. Thanks Luis and Victor

3Guys Insulation did a fine job at my house - no complaints with their work, BUT the crew and customer service was awful. I expect my property to be respected. After my job or during, I am not sure, the crew discharged their equipment onto a pile of antique bricks - 100 years old that we had rescued from our home project. When I brought it to the attention of the owners - he immediately blamed my superintendent. I expected 3 Guys to take responsibility for their actions and apologize. I am devastated that they damaged my bricks, but the response was equally unprofessional. I do not recommend.
